A lovely apartment, very quiet and full of light, consisting of: 1 double bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and bathroom with shower cabin. It also has a sofa bed for any extra guests.

Located in the Dorsoduro district, facing the gardens of the Guggenheim Collection museum, the house is in the heart of the elegant museum district of the city, near the Gallerie dell’Accademia, Punta della Dogana, the gallery of Palazzo Cini, and the splendid Basilica di Santa Maria della Salute, from which you have a spectacular view of the Grand Canal. Grocery stores, supermarkets, restaurants, and bars are all nearby. It is one of 3 apartments in the same building and can be rented in combination with the others so as to allow large family groups to stay together but also in separate units.

CHECK-IN PROCEDURE

Check-in is normally scheduled from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM and is free of charge until 8:00 PM; for arrivals between 8:00 PM and 10:00 PM, there is an extra charge of €50.00, and for arrivals between 10:00 PM and 12:00 AM, the extra charge is €100.00. Arrivals between 12:00 AM and 9:00 AM are not accepted.

The Red House Company SRL organizes one check-in per rented apartment; any additional check-ins for other members of the group will incur a cost of €50.00 each.

Each guest staying in the apartment must present a valid identity document to the check-in agent in compliance with Italian legislation (art. 109 Regio Decreto 18.06.1931 Tulps).

Great location

Suited us very well. Accademia is quiet with lovely restaurants especially the Corner Pub very close by. Enjoyed Peggy Guggenheim’s collection next door. We would stay there again!

Nicely furnished apartment in quiet neighborhood very close to Academia Bridge in Dorsoduro. Pros: Well equipped kitchen, comfortable bed, nice view of Peggy Guggenheim Collection garden from small balcony, very convenient location. Cons: Steep stairs to apartment on the first floor, apartment could use more lighting, limited outlets for converters, exterior hallway needs painting and better lighting.

Sweet little place

This sweet little place was sparkling clean and relatively quiet. The hosts were very helpful. We stayed here with our 17 year old daughter and it was just enough room. We would stay here again.

Pas de vue sur jardin Guggenheim mais sur la ruelle. Déco agréable et fonctionnelle. Nous avons apprécié la mise à disposition de gel douche et de produits de première nécessité.
