Au coeur du centre historique

Parfaitement situé, vous n'ayez qu'a descendre 1 étage pour profiter des bars, restaurants et glaciers. L'appartement est petit mais dispose de tout ce font on peut avoir besoin. Parfait pour passer de bonnes vacances. Les hôtes sont en plus très accueillants.

Bien dans l'ensemble mais manque un peu de propreté, les poussière n'étaient pas faites, j'ai été obligé de nettoyer avant déménager dans la location c'est bien dommage vue que la location est très bien située pas besoin de prendre la voiture pour faire les courses et pas mal de balades à faire, c'était quand même une bonne semaine de vacances

La propriétaire est très sympathique. Nous avons passé d’excellentes vacances.

Tout était fonctionnel. Il n’y avait que les escaliers à descendre et vous avez restaurants, glacier. Nous n’aurions pu trouver un logement aussi bien situé. Nous le recommandons et si nous retournerons un jour jà La Rochelle je le louerai de nouveau.

Situation idéale, dans la vieille ville

Location superbe pour 1 ou 2 personnes, et dont les fenêtres donnent sur la façade sculptée de l'ancien évêché. À deux pas de la Coursive, dans une rue où abondent les restaurants, et à 20 min à pied de la gare. Intérieur très bien tenu, propriétaires ponctuels. Un conseil pour le déjeuner : la brasserie de la Poste, en retrait de la zone touristique, en face de l'Hôtel de ville en réfection.

Accueil très chaleureux, disponibilité parfaite si besoin. Location bien située, propre et bien entretenue. Des conseils avisés pour nous aider dans la découverte de la région. Nous avons appréciés les Francofolies et surtout les chanteurs de rue, le championnat du monde de plongeon, en ce qui concerne les restaurants nous avons aimé " Aux tables rondes " situé rue Saint-Jean du Pérot. Nous recommandons vivement cette location. Nous pensons revenir pour un autre séjour. Merci pour tout à madame et monsieur Brossart.

Nice apartment in the centre of the city

Very well situated near the old Port in a very active street but also calm because of two double-glazed windows. The hirer are friendly and cooperative. Really recommendable.

Séjour très agréable dans cet appartement situé au pied des tours de La Rochelle. En centre ville, idéal pour sortie nocturne, restaurant, et à 10 mn à pied du bus de l'Ile Ré. Nous remercions la propriétaire pour son accueil chaleureux.

Très bonne adresse, très confortable et espace bien agencé. Quartier très animé, très joli, et proche des commerces. Ma mère y était avec nos deux enfants pré ados, ils ont adoré et ont passé un séjour formidable. La propriétaire est charmante et disponible. On remercie encore la propriétaire pour son accueil et pensons retourner l'été prochain.

L'appartement est situé on ne peux mieux, à quelques pas du port la plage juste à coté ce qui est bien pratique pour rentrer prendre une douche et resortir, concernant les lieux pour ce restaurer on a que l'embaras du choix ;-)) On a vraiment passé de belle vacances merci à vous pour votre acceuil chaleureux et votre gentillesse. Je ne peux que recommander cette location pour des gens qui recherche un lieu proche de toute les commodités (plage, port, commerce, restaurant, transport, navette fluvial, visite culturel ect...) pour d'agreable vavances.

Très belles vacances !!!

Un grand merci aux propriétaires qui nous ont très bien accueillis et qui sont restés disponibles pendant le séjour. L'appartement est conforme à l'annonce. Du bonheur et un dépaysement au coeur du vieux port de La Rochelle. De belles ballades à faire sans utiliser la voiture pendant les 15 jours.
