Building located in Charruyer Park. On foot: 100m from a spa, 4 minutes from the beach, 7 minutes from the historic center, the Old Port and the casino. Quiet location, free parking in front of the residence. Shops very close; children's games and animal park close by.

We had a fantastic 3-day getaway at La Chaga Cottage — we only wish we could have stayed longer! Falling asleep and waking up to the soothing sound of the Montmorency River was incredibly relaxing. The cottage was well-equipped with everything we needed, and our pup absolutely loved exploring the property. The owner was very responsive, and the check-in and check-out process was seamless. Highly recommended!

Lovely stay in LaRochelle

Pauline’s apartment is bright, quiet and clean! Pauline is very communicative and helpful. The apartment is well located, only 10 min. from the old part of town and port. It is also right next to a fabulous park. The carrefour city is only a block away.

Appartement idéalement situé et calme. On peut tout faire à pieds (aquarium, musée, vieux port, plage, parc, boulangerie, petit supermarché, primeur). Et avec voiture, beaucoup de choses à visiter autour. Nous avons passé une très belle semaine en famille. L'appartement est très bien équipé et pratique, nous étions 2 adultes et 2 enfants de 4 et 7 ans, propriétaire très agréable. Merci !

Effectivement pour trois adultes il faut déplier le BZ. L'appartement convient bien à une famille avec 2 enfants en utilisant les lits superposés de l'entrée

Tout le confort idéalement situé à proximité du Vieux Port, du parc et de la plage

Nous avons passé d’excellentes vacances dans un appartement très fonctionnel, confortable et avec tout l’équipement souhaitable, d’une propreté impeccable. L’appartement est suffisamment proche de tous les centres d’intérêt de la ville de La Rochelle pour permettre d’y accéder à pied rapidement, tout en en étant suffisamment éloigné pour ne pas être impacté par l’agitation et les nuisances sonores du Vieux Port. Nous aimerions revenir dans cette ville qui nous a beaucoup plu et nous aimerions à nouveau habiter cet appartement qui a contribué à la réussite de nos vacances. Merci beaucoup à Madame Chouteau pour son accueil de qualité.
