in the historic centre of LA ROCHELLE; the 33 square metre studio, renovated, is located in a small three-storey building, on the 3rd floor, possibility of parking on the Place de Verdun or in the surrounding streets (map provided), a studio for a couple with 1 or 2 children '(with sleeping mattress - for the children)
located: between the old port, the town hall and the market (market open every day, and every morning), the post office; bakery in the parallel street, monoprix, mini-markets and various shops. NOT SUPPLIED : SHEETS, BOLSTER AND PILLOW COVERS, TOWELS.

La propriétaire est très accueillante elle nous a préparer même des guides touristiques.le studio très propre,en plein centre ville,pas de difficultés pour ce déplacer.On a passé un bon séjour à la Rochelle,nous pensons à refaire ce voyage.

Appartement très bien situe en plein centre ville. J’ai pu me garer sans problème dans les places de stationnement du centre ville ou les parkings de proximité payants avec l’application sur le smartphone. Procédure d’arrivée et départ sans problème. Tres bon sejour.

Emplacement idéal pour visiter La Rochelle ou comme moi et mon amie pour participer au festival du cinéma. Avons été très contentes d'être au centre ville pour les déplacements très rapides avec la possibilité de rentrer déjeuner. Studio bien équipé pour 2 personnes. Très bien
