Very nice place to stay in Florence, close to everything (attractions, restaurants, grocery store, etc) you can do everything by walk. The apartment is very cosy and the bed is so comfy! Appropriate for a long or short stay!

Nice place, down the street from Santa Croce, easy check in, there’s a conad (grocery) right down the street as well. 1 mile from the train, would definitely recommend staying here :)

The location is great and the two main rooms have large windows and great light. Otherwise it’s a pretty basic flat with no added touches; the bathroom could use some TLC.

This adorable apartment is in the heart of all you need to see in Florence. Everything is a quick walk away. It has all the comforts you need for your stay. Very comfortable beds!! Would stay here again.

Great property everything is within luck walking distance. I crossed the river several times ate at the pizza shop on the block. It was very good. I stopped in for a to-go beverage(s) at the Mexican food place down the road. Lovely place

We LOVED this apartment! It was sooo cute and spacious and in person it was even nicer than the photos. The location was perfect, we were able to walk everywhere in 15 minutes or less. The host was very friendly and easy to communicate with. I would stay here again!

Walk to EVERYTHING. Clean and Comfy!

WOW! Florence is amazing and this was the perfect place to stay. We could walk to everything! Even the train station was within a mile. The host was responsive and the check in was extremely easy. The property was clean and spacious and comfortable. Highly recommend!

This apartment was in a great location. Paula was very helpful and responsive to any of our inquiries. It was within walking distance to great restaurants, and all the major sight seeing attractions. The Vietnamese restaurant on the ground level was very very good. Would definitely recommend staying here.

The property is close to everything jus 10-15 minute walk. Very good restaurants near by and also away from the busy area . Easy to walk to the dumo square and short taxi ride from train station . Would definetly stay again

Amazing location - Amazing Host

Was our first time in Florence and this location filled all our needs. Steps away from amazing restaurants, grocery stores and all the big sites to see around Firenze. Host Paola made the check in experience super simple and the property was in great condition. A little noisy at nights due to being off a Main Street but did not bother the overall stay. Thanks Paola for the awesome stay!

The location of this property was truly incredible! Quick walks to the main attractions in Florence. The location is the best part of the apartment! Easy communication during my stay, however, they didn’t answer the email or Vrbo message sent before we got there.

What a great little apartment! Nice and central location, very comfortable bed, 2 airconditioners perfect for escaping the summer heat when needed. Paola was very quick at communicating and gave very clear instructions on how to access the property. Would stay here again.

Very cute, excellent location

This apartment was very homey and comfortable. It is a 2 minute walk from Santa Croce and 5-10 minutes from the Duomo and a bridge to cross the river. It was very easy to reach everywhere we needed to on foot, we only used a bus/taxi when arriving and leaving because of our bags. We will miss this place a lot, it was like home while we were in Florence!

Good place to stay

The apartment is about 20 minutes from Piazza de Republica. It's up one flight of Florentine stairs. It was bright, ckean and well appointed. On Saturday nights, the neighborhood is lively! The noise was not enough to keep us awake, but the host provides earplugs, so if youre a really light sleeper, he's got you covered.

Great location

Smaller than it appears in photos. Too crowded for 4 adults. Disappointed in cleanliness. The doors, trim and everywhere people have to touch repeatedly were very dirty. Kitchen was fairly well equipped.

Walkable location

This location was walkable to the Duomo and to the river area, however the neighborhood was not that great, the bed was uncomfortable, very noisy on the weekends and unless you can close the shutter the building light shines in the bedroom all night. It also needs some TLC.
