Lovely appartment in pleasant environment

The appartment and location were both as we hoped for. The appartment provides everything you need for a pleasant stay with two nice bedrooms and seperate bathrooms. The terrace is. huge and cosy.

Great place to stay

The apartment was great. The ourside space is brilliant and inside is clean and tidy. The communal pool was very quiet which is great. Location wise its a nice 15 minute walk into the centre of Meloneras where there are lots of good restaurants to choose from I'd recommend this place for sure, the hosts are really helpful

Great location, beautiful bungalow!

This was one of the best self catering experiences I’ve ever had. From the booking process through to arrival the host was so helpful and very responsive. The bungalow is sited on a lovely quiet complex within walking distance to Maspolomas beach (pool area is also lovely) and really close to the motorway so best of both worlds if you are walking or hiring a car. The apartment was immaculate and the outside area/garden was amazing. Everything was clean and well equipped and the host was so welcoming and quick to respond to any questions. Would not hesitate to stay here again on my next visit to the Island!

Nice Place to stay, bad experience

the property is nice enough, well equipped and in a quiet area. some maintenance required though, eg the safe doesn’t lock so it’s useless. We were shocked when we returned home and received an email saying that our security deposit would not be returned due to damage to a floor cleaner. said floor cleaner was never used by us and not even moved by us. Emailed the owner to say that we had not caused the damage to the floor cleaner but did not get the courtesy of a response. We’ve been renting properties for holidays for 20 years and this is the first time we have had a claim against a deposit. Beware! Also if you need to contact the owner the phone number listed on HomeAway is not in operation. Beware!

Wir hatten zwei tolle Wochen in diesem Haus. Es war vom ersten Kontakt bis zum Ende alles sehr nett. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden was man für einen schönen Urlaub benötigt. Der Pool ist in unmittelbarer Nähe. Es war sehr ruhig und wir konnten uns richtig erholen.

Wir wurden sehr herzlich bergüßt, obwohl die Vermieterin sehr lange auf uns warten musste. Ein anstehendes Problem wurde sehr schnell gelöst. Das Haus ist geschmackvoll und vollständig eingerichtet, sehr sauber und der Garten ist wunderschön. Es gibt einen tollen Pool, Geschäfte und Restaurant zu Fuß in der Nähe.

Bostaden var ok, men det lilla sovrummet på 2:a våningen saknade förvaringsutrymmen samt att toaletten låg på bottenvåningen så det blev mycket spring i trappan i övrigt var det bra

Schönes Ferienhaus in einer spanischen Wohnanlage

Das Haus liegt oben in Sonnenland. Zum Faro nach Maspalomas fahren ständig Taxen (3,50 EUR/Fahrt) oder Busse (1,40 EUR/Person). Dort findet man genug Restaurants und Geschäfte. Wer gerne selber grillen möchte findet in dem großzügig angelegten Grillbereich alles was man braucht. Es gibt allerdings keine Essgelegenheiten im Haus. Uns hat das nicht gestört, da wir nur super Wetter hatten und immer draußen saßen. Etwas schwierig war der Check-in, hier sollte man wissen , dass man am Eingangsbereich links ein Tastenfeld findet wo man die Bungalownummer (die man von Jessica vorher gesagt bekommt) eingeben muss. Uns wurde alles kurz gezeigt und das war es. Wünschenswert wäre, wenn man noch einige Informationen bekommen würde z.B. Mülltrennung, Ruhezeiten, wo ist was in der Umgebung.... Wir haben uns dort wohlgefühlt und würden das Haus für den Preis weiterempfehlen.

Logement correct et fonctionnel mais peut mieux faire sur certains aménagements

Belle petite propriété située dans un complexe calme. Grandes surfaces Supermercado et Hyperdino à proximité (pratique pour faire des courses).Présence d'une piscine partagée mais non chauffée. La terrasse est grande et bien équipée. Plancha, barbecue, baldaquin confortable, transats, frigo et cuisine extérieure la rendent fonctionnelle. La table pour les repas pouvant accueillir 6 personnes est située à l'extérieur. S'il devait pleuvoir, il faut déplacer la table pour pouvoir manger au sec. La cuisine intérieure est fonctionnelle. Frigo avec congélateur, four à micro-ondes, lave vaisselle, 3 plaques vitro céramique. Nous déplorons la présence d'un four traditionnel. Le séjour est un peu plus étroit et comporte un divan lit 2 personnes, télévision satellite et une box internet avec wifi. Une chambre au rez de chaussée et une autre à l'étage. Une seule penderie au rez de chaussée et seulement une petite commode à l'étage. Un peu léger si vous deviez y aller avec 6 personnes ! Les lits ne font que 140 cm de large et la literie est très inconfortable. Il faut vraiment prévoir de les remplacer. Dommage que les lits ne soient pas plus large car la pièce est suffisamment grande pour cela. Il y a deux salles de bains au rez de chaussée chacune équipée de douche et évier et une machine à laver est fournie (avec les produits de lessive !) Vaisselle et produits de nettoyage sont fournis ainsi que les essuies. L'état général du mobilier est à surveiller. Le lit du deuxième étage s'est déboîté et les portes de la cuisine équipée ne tiennent pas très fort. L'ensemble de la propriété est climatisé. L'eau chaude provient d'un boiler électrique. Si 6 personnes doivent prendre une douche, les dernières auront de l'eau froide car la contenance du boiler n'est pas adaptée. Pour deux personnes, c'était déjà juste. Le contact avec la propriétaire était bon mais ... révisez votre espagnol car les échanges en anglais sont laborieux. Nous nous sommes dépannés avec Google Translation ! En conclusion : Bon rapport qualité/prix mais il s'agit d'un logement convenant mieux à un maximum de 4 personnes et non 6. Litière à changer impérativement et des lits plus larges sont vivement conseillés. Un contrôle général du mobilier ne sera pas du luxe. Aucun souci de restitution de caution locative mais il faut dire que nous avions tout nettoyer avant notre départ afin de rendre les lieux dans l'état dans lequel nous l'avions trouvé, ce qui est tout à fait normal à notre sens !

Nicht zu empfehlen

Wir haben dieses Jahr im November eine Woche zu Zweit in diesem Appartment verbracht. Unser Gesamteindruck des Appartments ist durchweg negativ, bedingt durch folgende Mängel: 1. Das Appartment ist sehr dreckig und das, obwohl auf den Mietpreis zusätzlich eine Grundreinigung veranschlagt wird. Insbesondere waren die Toilette, die Dusche sowie der Boden noch sehr dreckig und wir fanden Haare von unseren Vorgängern dort. Die Garnituren in den Badezimmern sind voller Kalkflecke. In der Küche wurde vorab der Kühlschrank nicht gereinigt. 2. Müsste die Ausstattung an einigen Stellen renoviert werden. Dies betrifft zunächst die Badezimmetür - hier sind die Scharniere kaputt, sodass die Tür nicht geschlossen werden kann. Darüber hinaus ist der Bettfuß des Bettes im Kinderzimmer abgebrochen, nachdem einer von uns dagegen gestoßen ist (dieses Zimmer wurde von uns nie benutzt, es war im Rahmen der Wohnungsbesichtigung). Auch die Schranktür im Kinderzimmer fällt fast heraus, wenn man diese zuschieben möchte. In der Küchenzeile ist eine Spülmaschine eingebaut. Wenn man die Tür öffnet, verschiebt sich die Abdeckung unten an der Küchenzeile, da diese wohl nicht (mehr) fest eingebaut ist. 3. Von unterhalb des Spülbeckens in der Küche hatte sich ein sehr unangenehmer Geruch entwickelt. Wir konnten nicht einschätzen wodurch dieser verursacht wurde. Auch durch Lüften konnte dieser nicht beseitigt werden. Nachdem uns diese o.a. Punkte aufgefallen waren, haben wir die Vermieterin am 3. Tag kontaktiert. Ihre Antwort war doch etwas ärgerlich: Sie konnte unsere Auflistung nicht nachvollziehen, da ihre bisherige Bewertung ja immer 4.5 / 5 war. Das war alles! Es kam weder jemand vorbei, der sich den Mängeln angenommen hätte noch hat sie sich entschuldigt o.ä. Dazu kam, dass wir Jessica selbst nie persönlich kennengelent haben. Die Schlüsselübergabe bei Ankuft und Abreise hat ihr "Bruder" (?) übernommen, der kein Englisch kann. Mysteriös ist auch, weshalb das Appartment zwischenzeitlich aus der Anzeige im FeWo-Portal genommen wurde. Fazit: Wir können das Appartment nicht guten Gewissens weiterempfehlen.

Very nice house and pool - fast internet and well equipted kitchen

We spent 8 days in Maspalomas at this very nice house. With a family of 5 it was a perfect place to relax and enjoy the sun and nice pool. Internet connection was very fast - even with 3 children surfing :-) I can recommend this place for families og couples who would like to get away from the crowded tourist hotels. BR Peter Hald

Great Stay!

We spent a great 10 days at the house which is situated in a nice complex which is quiet and has a large pool and sun lounging just outside the front door. The house is modern and has been finished to a high level. The owner Jessica met us on arrival and was great with any enquiries we had. The outside space is fantastic and makes the whole property feel much bigger, the outside dining and sun lounges were great; there is plenty of car parking outside the complex.We would definitely stay here again.

Lovely peaceful private property

The property is fantastic, just like the pictures show, clean and modern. The outdoor area is a haven, very peaceful and private, and a great sun trap sheltered from the wind. The facilities are great and an loved having an outdoor kitchen and BBQ. Inside there is everything you need with good wifi, nice bathrooms and bedrooms and the kitchen has almost everything you need! (Just needed a potato peeler and can opener). The location is in a quiet suburb of Maspalomas, we had a car, which we found essential, as the nearest supermarket is a good 20mins walk uphill. Overall I would definitely recommend this bungalow property for a stay in Gran Canaria.
