School Rooms Estate: Beautiful Georgian apartments,Heated Pool &HotTub,near Bath

The School Rooms Estate is situated in the picturesque village of Box and is within easy reach of the World Heritage city of Bath (6 miles). It provides the perfect hub for families and groups looking to relax by the pool or explore the endless list of local attractions! The main apartment is positioned on the ground floor of a beautiful, Georgian family residence along with use of two self contained lodges.
In line with the platforms policies, parties and events are not permitted.

Upon entering The School Rooms you’ll be greeted by our recently refurbished, fully equipped kitchen; complete with marble flooring, a large 5 burner range cooker, dishwasher and washing machine.
To the left of the kitchen is a very generous (4x10meters) open-plan lounge and dining room. An impressive, flexible space that boasts plenty of traditional features. You’ll be able to make use of the three comfy sofas (these are also sofa beds), large dining table, flat screen Sony TV, sound system, pool table, blackboard and board games.

Sleeping arrangements:
Main apartment - there are 3 bedrooms and 3 sofa beds, sleeps 12
- 1 x Twin Room with en suite
- 2 x Double Rooms with en suite
- 3 x Double Sofa Beds (in main living area)

Two Separate Lodges - studio apartments with kitchenette and ensuite, sleeps 4 in each
- 1 x Double bed
- 1 x Sofa bed

Outside:
There is an alfresco dining area at the front of The School Rooms - a perfect spot for Afternoon Tea or a BBQ (BBQ and gas can be supplied on request).
The heated swimming pool, premium hot tub and Mediterranean style terrace creates a social haven which offers something for everyone to enjoy. These facilities are conveniently located in between The School Rooms and The Lodges and are for your exclusive use.
The swimming pool is open 31st March- 5th November and the hot tub is open all year round. The outdoor areas close at 9pm.
There is a 7.4Kw Type 2 electric charger at the property, it is available through the CoCharger App where also the availability and charges are published
There is no lawn at this property, although the recreation ground is just a 1 minute walk and offers plenty of open space, football goals, tennis, basketball, netball, lawn bowls, a river and two parks for children.
