Beautiful modern villa Anavi offers you an enjoyable holiday. Located in the countryside in a small charming village Bičići, in the southern part of eastern Istria. Bičići are situated 23 km from the largest Istrian city, Pula.
Villa Anavi can accommodate up to 8 guests.
The Villa is very tastefully decorated with new modern furniture. In interiors at your disposal are 3 bedrooms, 1 studio with bed and kitchen, 2 bathrooms, a living room, fully equipped kitchen with dining area and play room with table tennis, darts and several fitness equipment.
The outside area includes a large terrace with a dining table. Completely enclosed green garden with private swimming pool.
Villa Anavi is air conditioned, has wifi, private parking lots for 4 cars and provides everything for a nice and an enjoyable holiday.
Nearby are many agrotouristic restaurants and wineries where you can taste authentic Istrian cuisine and drink great Istrian wines.

Wir haben mit unseren beiden kleinen Kindern eine Woche im Haus verbracht. Wir haben gern den Tag am Pool verbracht oder Istrien erkundet. Die Lage des Hauses ist optimal um in kurzer Zeit in alle Richtungen zu gelangen. Das Haus ist sauber, gepflegt und wird offenbar regelmäßig modernisiert. Für die Kinder gibt es ein Trampolin, zwei Schaukeln und eine Rutsche. Haben wir aber kaum genutzt, unsere Kids wollten nur in den Pool, der auch einen Flachen abschnitt hat um zu plantschen. Die Gastgeber sind sehr herzlich und haben uns gelegentlich mit frischem Gemüse aus dem Garten oder Gebackenem versorgt. Vielen Dank noch Mal dafür. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
