Galletes, Strand und Natur, perfekt in Concorneau.

Ein wunderbarer Urlaub in traumhafter Umgebung. Hinter jedem beeindruckenden Küstenfelsen lockt ein atemberaubender Strand. Das kulinarische Angebot ist ein Genuß. Und das Quartier von Cathy und Alex Perrot ist einfach klasse. Unvergesslich der Blick aus dem Wohnzimmer und das Frühstück auf dem Balkon mit auf das Meer.

Sehr schöner Ausblick

Alles in allem ist die Möblierung etwas "plüschig", aber die Lage und der Ausblick über die Bucht lassen dieses "Manko" schnell vergessen.

Tolle Lage mit phantastischem Meerblick

Der Ausblick vom Balkon und sowohl vom Wohn- als auch einem Schlafzimmer war phantastisch. Es hat uns auch sehr gefallen, dass die Wege zum Zentrum und zum Hafen sehr kurz waren mit guten Restaurants. Sehr praktisch auch die Creperie direkt unter der Wohnung. Gestört haben nur im einen Schlafzimmer die sehr lauten Motorräder nachts, so dass das Fenster unbedingt geschlossen werden musste. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut aufgeteilt, es war alles vorhanden, wenngleich etwas in die Jahre gekommen, was dem Urlaubsspaß aber nicht geschadet hat. Wir würden sicher mal wiederkommen.

Bel emplacement mais intérieur mediocre

L appartement est très bien placé vu sur mer. Beau volume.Mais décoration et équipements bigarés qui datent. Rien n a bougé depuis 40 ans. On ne s y sent pas bien. Je ne conseille pas. Une mention spéciale à l agence Sterne qui fait l acceuil.

Mais malgré tout je suis étonnée de vos commentaires sur l'appartement car lorsque vous m'avez rendu les clés le jour du départ vous ne m'en avez pas parlé...c'est dommage car j'aime échanger de vive voix lorsque les vacanciers sont encore sur place. Ceci étant effectivement l'appartement n'est pas moderne mais le parquet du séjour , couloir et 1 chambre est neuf ainsi que le sol de la salle de bain. Les canapés, la TV sont récents aussi... il lui faudra un rafraichissement et moderniser la cuisine mais les photos que vous avez à disposition retranscrivent ce que vous louez. c'est dommage que vous ne vous soyez pas bien sentis dans ce logement Car les vacances c'est important. C'est la première fois qu'un avis est aussi négatif sur ce bien, car nous avons beaucoup de clients fidèles qui reviennent chaque année bonne continuation cordialement cathy et alex

Parfaitement situé dans un immeuble bien entretenu, Une vue exceptionnelle, appartement qui satisfait toutes les météos. Service agence au top Équipé comme il se doit, même si un peu d'époque, très bien entretenu. Très très agréable, pas bruyant. Nous reviendrons !!

bel appartement avec vue sur mer

Appartement propre, un peu vieillot mais bien équipé. Bonne literie. Très bien placé, proche centre ville (commerces, ville close, ...). Très belle vue sur la mer Gérante très agréable et très prévenante.

Agréable séjour à Concarneau

Appartement très bien situé avec une vue imprenable. Possibilité de tout faire à pieds dans le centre-ville de concarneau. Personnel et l'agence très sympathique et disponible. Juste un bémol : propreté relative et peu de matériel à disposition pour faire le ménage à notre départ.

Perfekte Lage, grosse Wohnung (etwas altes Mobiliar), sehr nette Vermieterin!

Das Richtige um die Bretagne zu erkunden, oder auch nur um auf dem Balkon mit Blick auf die Glenan Schiffe zu zählen.

Appartement confortable, très agréable, bien conçu et largement équipé (vaisselle de qualité). Splendide vue sur la mer et proximité immédiate du centre-ville de Concarneau (5 minutes à pied). Seul bémol, la literie trop molle dans la chambre des parents.
