One bedroom, one bath with bathtub downstairs and two bedrooms, one bath upstairs. The Living room has a 55 inch flat screen. We provide Hulu, Roku, and high speed internet. Laundry room is downstairs with full washer and dryer. One dedicated parking space, MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY IS 4. We have outside monitoring cameras for perimeter of the house.
