Cozy apartment with sea and Teide mountain view in the north of the island of Tenerife.

The owners of this small complex are farmers (Aguacate) who in 2009 decided to transform an old warehouse into 8 rural apartments.



Well integrated into the place, with a nice pool area and large gardens, this small but beautiful complex will surely exceed your expectations.



This particular apartment is on the first floor. It offers spectacular views that you can enjoy from the inside and from the balcony.

Furnished and decorated with good taste, it is also bright and comfortable, You'll love it.

Peaceful Scenic Gettaway

although only 2 mins from the main road it was like staying in a remote tropical oasis, with the only sounds being birds singing. Fantastic view over the sea. Heated pool that could be enjoyed even in March. Facilities around pool and bbq areas very good. Lovely well equipped/furnished accommodation and secure with electronic gates. Nothing that we can think of

We loved our stay at San Diego! The appartment is big and clean and the view.. ah, the view was stunning! We had appt. 1 (firts floor) and had a great view at the ocean, the El Teide and the swimming pool. A lovely place to rest and relax. You'll need a car to get around. Everything is within driving distance. Would go back any time. Loved it.

3 Jahre waren wir nicht mehr in La Matanza...jetzt wurde es aber wieder Zeit. Es war wie immer alles ganz wunderbar auf der Finca. Wir haben es sehr genossen. Besonders gut gefallen hat uns der neue Wasserspender in der Grillhütte. Eine sehr gute und innovative Neuerung. Nichts ist zu verbessern...alles perfekt deswegen kommen wir auch so gerne wieder.

Perfect!

Beautiful location with great view on the sea. It was silent, we had nice neighbours. The apartment was perfectly furnitured and big for two persons. The kitchen was well equipped and we had everthing for coffe and cooking. The pool and sitting area was clean and comfortable. The pool is nice and there are also loungers in a more private area. When the water didn't drain anymore in the shower, Maria was immediatly availaible and when we came back home that day, our problem was solved. I can highly reccomend this apartment to everyone!
