A 120m2 family housefor 4 people, based in l'Ametlla de Mar, Costa Durada. The house has 2 bedrooms with 2 double beds each, one bedroom with a double bed, living-room, kitchen, bathroom with bath and shower, toilet with shower, 3 balconies. FREE WIFI. Air conditioning.

Downstairs there is the dining-room, kitchen, bedroom with a double bed and the bathroom with bath and toilet. Upstairs there are the other bedrooms and the toilet with shower. There's a silent programmable ceiling fan in the dining-room and also in the bedrooms.

Outside there is a garden with PRIVATE swiming-pool with a security door for kids.

It's a 120m2 house, with a 200m2 gardenin the area of las 3 Calas.

500m away there is a comercial area where you can find restaurants, supermarkets and shops. 2km away you have the beaches and 3km away the village of l'Ametlla de Mar. 30km away to the norh there is Port Aventura, amusement park and 50km away Tarragona. Also 30km to the souht is the Delta del Ebro, natural park.
