It is a 8 persons house which will perfectly accomodate a big family or a group of friends.The outside of the house stands for its large green garden with trees and private poolwhere to relax yourself on a sunbed with your favorite book while the children bath and play in the pool. You will also appreciate the barbecue area, perfect to prepare delicious grillings to eaton the porch, close to the swimming-pool. The garden is fencedfor the safety of your familyand will enable you to spend the summer with your four-legged friends. The house is confortable and offers services such as:Wifi, Airco, Smart TV, private garage and extra parking-place on the property.Built on two levels, Villa La Marinada has:-on the upper floor: 1 fully equipped independant kitchen, bright living-room with access to a furnished terrace where to take your outdoor meals. From this terrace a little stair will lead you to a solárium.On the same level, the house has also a double en-suite bedroom with wardrobe, toilets and shower.-on the ground floor: 3 large bedrooms (1 with double bed and 2 with two single beds) and a complete bathroom.As it is situated less than 100m from the beach, the accomodation is the perfect place to forget about your car and enjoy some relaxing and funny holidays. Enjoy the catalán gastronomyin the restaurants nearbyor eat an ice cream strolling along the sea-coast. You may also like to walk around the Sunday Market on the sea promenade, a five minutes walk from the villa. NB:Our accomodations are equipped with sheets (beds are not made) but not towels, you can either bring your own or rent them through us.
