Classy, modern, vast, wonderful accommodation in the city center with a great layout and spacious patio and living room/dining space. We loved everything about this flat. It was perfect for our family of 8 adults (4 couples).

We really enjoyed our stay in this apartment. The host was quick to respond to questions we had, always gracious. The terrace was great. Our teen girls did some sunbathing on the terrace. We would definitely highly recommend this apartment!

Great apartment for family or couples. 3 bedrooms with ensuite bathroom and another bedroom and a hall bath were perfect for our family with 3 adult children. The indoor family room and dining room are very spacious and the outdoor space is also huge with a covered area to sit during the day. Would highly recommend for 4 couples or a family. Having A/C was nice. Carlos was easy to working with. Having a code to enter the unit makes it way easier than keys when having multiple members staying in the apartment. The apartment is close to everything. Would stay here again.

Lovely spacious apartment in great location in central Madrid. Highly recommend; Carlos is a great host who communicates very well and responds quickly. Easy access to the Metro and buses and walking around beautiful Madrid.

Excellent location and the roof top is spectacular. Enjoyed the wine provided and we purchased snacks and had a nice outdoor night. Carlos was responsive to questions and provided information in the apartment for places to see

The apartment is huge, clean and beautiful. It provided all the necessary amenities. The outside deck was a perfect place to relax after a day of touring Madrid. The location is perfection. Close to shops and markets and within a 15 minute walk to everything else. Just steps from the metro station. The host was super responsive. This is exactly what you hope for when booking a VRBO rental. 5 stars across the board!!

Great central location for a short stay. Love the large patio. Furniture is a little tired. The small beds pushed together are not great for romance (they slide apart and one or the other falls in between). Did not respond to request for a couple of extra bath and kitchen towels. Not sure of why so protective of towels.

I’m very happy to see that, apart from a couple of details, you had a 5-star stay overall. I would also like to mention that, in addition to families, we host many groups of friends and coworkers. That is the reason why the beds are single beds — not all guests want to sleep right next to each other. Regarding the towels, unfortunately we do not have the same capacity as a hotel. We have three sets of towels: one clean set placed in the apartment upon your arrival, another stored in our warehouse for upcoming guests, and a third one at the laundry service. We only change towels for stays of 6 nights or more, otherwise we would not have clean towels available for the next check-in. I sincerely regret that this caused any inconvenience during your stay. We would be delighted to host you again in the future, and we truly hope to welcome you back soon.

Great location in Madrid

We booked this for our family of 4 and there was plenty of room for everyone. The place was clean, east to check in and was in walking distance to all the tourist sights. Plenty of supermarkets and food and shopping were all in walking distance.

Girls Trip

We absolutely loved this apartment - it was exactly as advertised and in such a great location in Madrid within walking distance of so many great sites, restaurants and shopping. We would recommend it to anyone traveling with a big group and would definitely stay here again!

Perfect place for our large group

It’s quiet, lovely, clean and has the perfect central location from which to head out in any direction. The owner has a wonderful guest book which lists all the particulars, including restaurants, sights, and the “rules of the road” for renting from him. There is lots of room for everyone to gather as a group or spread out to be on their own.
