Large contemporary style house 5 bedrooms, 3 full baths, sleeps 10. Sits only yards from a private beach overlooking the bay. Peaceful and quite being 1 mile off the road and only 4 other house are near by.
Picture perfect views from all around the house with wrap around decks on both levels.
First and second floors have large open areas surrounded by windows and French doors to catch the sounds and smell of being at the beach. Outside shower makes clean up easy after a day at the beach. If your looking for picture perfect sunsets then Sunset bay is the place. your rental period.

Fabulous location!

This property was perfect for our group. The location allowed us to enjoy nature by just walking out the door. It is a great place to unplug, unwind, de-stress, recharge and re-energize.

Everything we wanted from a vacation home and more!!!

Our family have been traveling to the Cape for over 15 years! This was by far has been my favorite place! The house was beautiful and the location was amazing being right on the water and beach. The views of the scenery and sunsets are breathtaking. The drive from the road to the house was my kids favorite part, a single lane sand/dirty road. This is the perfect house to rent when going away with another family, it had plenty of space and separate areas. We loved the wrap around porches on the top and bottom floors. Great 10-20 minute ride to P-town, or hiking trails and Truro winery. The owner was very helpful and quick to respond to my emails! We will definitely be returning to this house!

Heavenly !!!

This house was wonderful for our extended family vacation. The house is perched over a beautiful isolated beach with amazing sunsets every evening .The house has wonderful porches on two levels and very spacious comfortable rooms. I would absolutely rent this wonderful home again.

Grew up with summers on Cape Cod and this location has been in the family since 1908 and belonged to my Uncle. We rebuilt in 2000 and wanted to share this great location with other families so they can create their own memories.
