Sorry everyone else, but there's been a rash of dishonest renters and I can lose my rental permit. Now the good part :)
This condo is in the Most Exclusive Hamilton Cove Complex. With a 180 degree Ocean View overlooking Hamilton Cove pix can't show the crystalline blue waters. Condo is 1bedroom,1bath with double sinks in the bathroom. Kitchen is Fully stocked for all of your cooking needs. The bedroom has a cozy, California King and is ultra comfortable with high thread count linens! The livingroom has a Eurolounger, a foldout sofa perfect for 1 adult, or 2 small children. A Thick sofa mattress is also available if needed. This Condo has Air Conditioning( portable) Only 2 others in Ham Cove do. We have ceiling fans and floor fans as well. At the private,secure Ham Cove villas, you'll feel the comforts of home and you get to use the Golf Cart!!! A huge bonus that offsets some expense of renting one($60/hr in town).And the Kitchen allows you to make your own meals if you choose and makes staying here more enjoyable and affordable in relation to a hotel. You make what you wish of this vacation spot. Relax in the serenity of true beauty or get out,dine, use the Fitness gym, mini golf(putters and balls in condo), play tennis, swim in the pool, take a power walk around the hills or head down to the ocean for all that has to offer. Jump in the cart(or even a short walk) to Descanso Beach for kayaking, SUP, Spa services and Zipline!!! Great bar/restaurant there too!!!
Caution....With management companies, communication is lacking. When in need, they're hard to contact. With us, you'll have my personal cell, and my assistant's #. We realize, things happen, questions come up...we are here for you. Also, we have a streamlined Checkin process. You go straight to the condo, contactless. No huge quantities of papers to sign. No meeting in town like the management cos.
You are required to have a Valid Driver's license and proper Car Insurance to drive the golfcart as That is Avalon Law.

On Avalon, It's the Law that the driver of the golfcart have a Valid Driver's License and Proof of Insurance. You will be asked to provide that PROOF
IMPORTANT! It is ILLEGAL on Avalon to have more than 4 guests in a 1 bdrm. 1 bdrms will not appear if you're honest about guests. You Will be EVICTED
ALSO, if more than 4 guests, Forfeiture of Deposit too. Refuel Golfcart or $100 fine. 21 yrs minimum GC driver or Forfeit deposit

We really enjoyed our stay. Richard was very responsive to any questions we had and his property felt like home. We loved the view! The king size bed was really comfortable and all the amenities were great! The only thing that needs a little upgrade is the golf cart, but it worked just fine and it was a plus to have!

Ham Cove Paradise

Incredible view from the balcony and comfy bed! We made use of the facilities-putt putt golf, tennis court, gym, and hot tub. The golf cart was a huge plus! We loved our stay and are planning to return.

Couldn’t have a better place to stay the golf cart is the best thing to experience all of the island and the resort is amazing and you really don’t need to leave. The putt putt golf course tennis and pool/jacuzzi are awesome. Best experience we’ve had for any vacation

Amazing views from the balcony and we enjoyed our stay. The bed was comfortable and the unit was clean. We found the bathtub very slippery, the addition of a few grippers on the bottom would help. While the view was gorgeous and peaceful, the furniture could use some upgrading as several pieces were broken. The golf cart was a huge plus, but could use a tune up as it back fires frequently. Overall, we found the unit comfortable and it met our needs.

Excellent Getaway for Family of Four

The views are enchanting from the moment you arrive. The owner was beyond helpful and I would highly recommend this property. My husband and I slept comfortably on the king mattress and our boys enjoyed the futon. The golfcart was a perk for us getting around town.

Room was clean, windows not so much. Golf cart backfired down every hill and stalled at stops, and only one headlight works . One roll of toilet paper for a three day stay! Lights in entry way didn’t work so it was hard to see to unlock the door at night.

Really lovely location with great ocean views. The condo had everything one could need. We appreciated the use of the golf cart to get around and the beach towels. We ate out for lunch and dinner, but the kitchen looked fully stocked for those who like to cook. Resting with a good book and cool ocean breezes was delightful. The owner was friendly and very responsive to questions. Would not hesitate to stay here again!

We are a family of 4 with 2 boys( 10 and 12 to date). Live across the Pacific in Long Beach. Born and raised here but never went to Catalina until later in life. Each time I went there, I became more and more entranced by the beauty, relaxation and serenity that IS an Island. And for me, with my folks getting older and MANY responsibilities at home, I'm able to exhale even more with the knowledge that if need-be, I can get home quickly. The ferry is really a No-brainer(just an hour) or get wild and take a 15min. helicopter ride! If you've never been here, you'll realize what I mean the first time you come and want to return. Also, for us, and if you have a pet(s), it's difficult to leave them behind. We pay Petco to care for our dog(expensive) on the rare longer trips we take. That is why we decided to Allow Pets( additional expense) because our Dog is part of our family and this way we don't have to worry.
