Beautifully decorated with new furniture and amenities, including three flat panel TVs, it has a fresh island home feel that will truly enhance your stay here on Catalina. Enjoy the incredible ocean view from the private balcony and master bedroom. There are stone floors, granite counter tops, and beautiful artwork throughout. The newly re-canvassed 6 passenger seat golf cart is parked right next to the villa’s entrance. 901 SF. H249 | | Rental of a vacation home in Hamilton Cove includes use of the community’s amenities (pool, spa, health club, 18-hole putting course, tennis courts, croquet court, sand volleyball court and beach area with built in barbecues and picnic tables). Some restrictions may apply. Occupants subject to Hamilton Cove Homeowners Association Rules & Regulations. | | | This vacation home rents on a nightly basis (2 night minimum, holidays and selected dates excepted; 3 night minimum July & August). ----- This property is in a residential community and is only suitable for quieter groups. NO smoking, NO parties/events. NO pets allowed per HOA rules. You must be 25+ years old to rent this property. No daytime visitors allowed. Beautiful view

Great location! Loved the view. Used many of the available amenities. Snorkeling in the beach was nice for my daughter who had never snorkeled before. I would definitely go back.

Fantastic views!

We really enjoyed our stay in this condo. The views were fantastic! The condo was very comfortable. It was nicely decorated and furnished (not plain like many vacation rentals). It felt like we were staying in our own home. It was really nice that this condo did not have any stairs to climb. It made it very easy to carry our luggage into the unit. The use of the golf cart was a nice benefit, as we used it for several of our trips to downtown and sites around Avalon. The location of the condo is really too far to walk, especially with luggage. A note in the listing stating that you'll need to get a taxi when you arrive and leave, would be helpful. Since our stay was in the fall, we had hoped to use the fireplace. It was listed as an amenity. But, unfortunately, when we arrived, we saw a note on the fireplace requesting it not be used. It should be removed as an amenity, if renters are not allowed to use it. We loved our stay in this unit. We would definitely stay here again.

Clean, beautiful condo with amazing views

This condo was great for our weekend getaway. It was clean, had all the amenities we needed, and the golf cart worked great for the short drive to town. Will stay here again!

Very nice condo great views.

If you want to live w the ocean this condo has an exquisite view. It is also quiet clean and modern. Easy access in and out as it is towards the entry gate. Plenty of room for 4. All appliances tv etc were top line and modern. Wonderful feel to the condo. Even the blue paint grew on me after a while. The only drawback was the master bed. It was cozy but concaved deeply in middle. Felt like sleeping on a hammock.
