Wake up to direct, unobstructed beach views from this stunning top-floor corner condo located across the street from the sand in historic downtown Pass-A-Grille. With sweeping Coastal views from the private balcony, living room, and primary bedroom, this two-bedroom, one-bath retreat offers front-row views of some of the most breathtaking sunsets on Florida’s west coast—perfect for morning coffee or evening cocktails.

Designed to comfortably sleep up to six guests, the condo features a king bed in the primary bedroom, a queen Murphy bed and twin trundle bed in the second bedroom, and a bright, open living space filled with coastal light. A washer and dryer are located inside the unit, making longer stays easy and convenient. Guests also enjoy access to a shared pool, adding another way to relax after a day at the beach.

For your beach days, the unit includes six beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and a cooler, so you’re fully prepared to cross the street and enjoy the shoreline.

Pass-A-Grille and St. Pete Beach offer the perfect mix of charm and activity, making this an ideal destination for families and friends looking to unwind while staying close to local dining, shopping, and seaside attractions.

Perfect Location!

We had an amazing stay at this condo. Location across from the beach and near restaurants was perfect. The whole condo was clean, comfortable, and worked well for our family of four. It had everything we needed for our stay. The master bedroom has a really comfortable adjustable bed. The pool was really great too!

A vacation away from the crowd

Quick and painless check in and check out. Conveniently located across the beach and a walks away from breakfast nooks, brunch spots and rooftop dining. Great fishing is opposite of the beach where the grouper, flounder and trout bite was on fire. My 3 year old caught her first fish by herself. Overall a great stay with plenty of memories made.

The condo was beautiful and very well stocked for all needs. Towels, beach chairs, kitchen stocked perfectly too. Very spacious with updated furnishings and appliances. Balcony had a full Gulf Front view. Also very spacious. Could walk to restaurants and local boutique shopping. We’ll be back.

It was a super nice little spot for our family of 4. Great location to walk to the beach, food, shops, and enjoy a laid back trip. The absolute only downside was construction debris, including screws and other remnants from work being done on the bed and on the porch. Not great when you have toddlers, but otherwise the unit is nice, quiet, clean, and has every amenity you could need!

Great place for a family vacation!

We love this area and visit several times a year. This is the first time we have been able to stay at this condo. Great place and we had a wonderful time. The location is spot on, place was clean, and well taken care of. Beach right across the street and great pool for the end of the day. It was quiet and my family with younger kids felt very comfortable. Property management was very responsive and took care of anything that I had questions about or if something was not working; one day internet and AC another. Highly recommend!

Perfect family beach vacay

We loved this corner unit directly across the street from the walk on beach access. It is quiet but still conveniently located. Sunset from the generously sized balcony was stunning. Our family was unable to locate beach towels but that have been a one time oversight. The unit was equipped with everything else we needed-full kitchen etc. Primary bedroom was without issue, large bed and spacious room. Walk through sleeping area was equipped with a Murphy bed and a single with a pullout underneath. My 14 year old son wasn't comfortable on the pull out or the Murphy bed so our 16 year old opted for the single (which was lovely) and the 14 year old found the couch quite comfy. The Murphy and pull out may have been a perfect option for smaller children. The pool and beach chairs were awesome and I cannot say enough good hings about the location. We will be back!

The location is great. Condo was nice. Please don’t use TechTravel if you expect customer service. I had an important question and could not get a returned phone call after leaving multiple messages on the number given on check in email. 18 hours later got into a banter email conversation with them. Good thing I wasn’t calling about a door code. Would have been sleeping in my car!! Zero customer service skills.

TechTravel gets a FAIL-- Pass a grille is great though

Property was nicely renovated aesthetically with a great view of the Gulf of Mexico! Bathroom is a bit cramped but it works. Advertised with additional bedroom, which has a Murphy bed and a day bed however it is a 'walk thru' from the only door to the common access area. Cable boxes were complicated in the living room and master bedroom. We never did get the tv to work in the Master. However, this was probably the least of our problems. We got there and were surprised that it was very hot in the unit. There is a note on the wall to keep the AC turned to 79 upon leaving. It was 83 in the unit. After turning the unit on and running it for several hours there was no change. So, we called the service and could only leave a message- apparently the management doesnt support live staffing after 5 pm on the weekend and check in is at 4. Odd. Several hours later we received a text from a technician who informed us that he had been drinking and would be out in the morning to look at the unit. The unit was down for a total of three nights and the temperature inside was 83 degrees. Next issue was the locks on the door, Digital keypad failed and when the tech came to replace the batteries the door would not lock. After leaving additional messages someone came out and adjusted the box but we spend a day and a night without a lock on the door. Pass a grille is safe but this is uneasy. I have been going to Pass a grille for decades. I will not stay at a Tech Travel property again. They did offer us a free 'activity' to make up for our troubles. We declined- I would have rather had working AC and a door that locked. There are plenty of other options in the area. They should have offered us a refund or some partial (half) refund but they barely spoke to us. After the initial issue with the AC the comtact (Brandon) was no where to be found and never called us directly. Go elsewhere, but stay in Pass a Grille.

I don’t usually leave responses like this but when I read this guest review I must write back lies, lies, and more lies. Bob never called us about the cable boxes. If he would if we would have come over and showed him. They are spectrum cable boxes and very easy to use. Bob also doesn’t know how to use a keyless lock. We were over three days in a row showing him how to simply put in the four digit code then push the lock button to unlock, when to lock it just push the the lock button. Bob and his group were opening up both the door with the lock and also the French door on the other sided so both doubl doors were unlocked which if you just lock one door the other door can still swing open. Again we were out three days in a row and there was no issues with the lock. The condo has three sets of French doors and one fence door that leads outside so at one time you can have 7 doors open. Bob and his group continuously would have all the doors wide open and it was 80-85 degrees outside while having the air conditioning on. The air conditioning will not cool the place when all the doors and windows are open. We had to empty out the water pan under AC handler twice and blow out the drain line. This is simple common sense. We at first didn’t know why this was happening and we offered to bring over portable AC units and offer free activities to Bob and his group while we diagnosed the problem. Our ac tech was out everyday from Friday to Monday. I drove by on Saturday and Sunday and could see all the doors open so we would fix the problem, Bob would open up the front door and all the back doors and the problem would happen again. We were in contact with Bob every day and my VRBO software keeps a record of every call or text coming in and out and we communicated with Bob over a dozen times. I’m not sure why Bob felt the need to make up a false review. Please look at all other recent reviews as they are all 5 stars

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is was our second time staying here, and it was just as perfect as the first time! Tech travel makes it so easy to check in and out and register the car for parking. The proximity to the beach and restaurants plus the pool downstairs makes it perfect for us with young kids. Even better, the balcony with the gulf view is amazing for sunsets and continuing to enjoy the beach even after the kids go to bed. Our water somehow got turned off the first morning of our stay, but tech travel was super responsive and all over it, and it was back on within 15 minutes of contacting them. They even followed up to confirm everything was good. We’ll be back!
