About this property

Heritage Pointe Condo: Beautifully furnished 2nd floor Fort Myers condo, (built in 2004), with a spectacular view of a fountain lake in the exclusive gated community of Heritage Pointe. Next door to year round owners and renters. (elevator access).

Kitchen is fully equipped and includes a separate dinette. Recently installed granite kitchen and bathroom counter tops. Open concept dining, living room and screened lanai. The master bedroom has a king sized bed, two walk in closets and a master bath with shower. The second bedroom has a queen sized bed with access to a second full bath with tub, washer and dryer for use in condo.

We take pride in keeping our condo in great shape. Comcast cable, high speed internet, phone (long distance phone calls are inclusive to Canada and anywhere in USA), recently installed new flat screen Smart TV (55 inch), an additional (43 inch) Smart TV in the 2nd Bedroom

Lovely condo with no swimming pool.

I informed the condo owners the swimming pool was an important amenity for us to have.The owners told us work would begin on the pool following elevator repair. Elevator repair was done before we arrived but pool repairs did not begin until 2 months later. Since there was no pool my wife decided to stay back home so I spent the winter by myself with no pool. Had I known there was going to be no pool, I would not have rented the property.
