Come and enjoy a week (or more) getaway at this cozy camp on Embden pond! It is one of the cleanest lakes in the state of Maine and boasts of stunning sunset views! Memories are waiting to be made - whether it's enjoying your morning coffee or tea on the screened in porch, sharing stories and s'mores around the campfire, taking boat rides around the lake, or swimming or fishing off the dock. Make this not only your summer destination, but winter as well, as it is a great place for snowmobiling and ice fishing, and only 45 minutes to the iconic Sugarloaf ski mountain!

OUTDOORS: - large deck with picnic tables - screened in porch - large front lawn to enjoy a number of fun activities - fireplace for campfires right next to the water - large dock over 40 feet long that allows you to enjoy the sun and all water activities
INDOORS: - FREE WIFI - Full furnace heat - Air conditioning in all bedrooms - large kitchen stocked with appliances such as a gas cook stove, dishwasher, refrigerator, and microwave - walk-out basement with an additional cement deck under the porch
WHAT'S IN THE AREA: - boat landing (5 minutes) - some of the best hunting and snowmobile trails in Maine. Snowmobilers have access to all the major trail systems through the entire state. - connected to the ATV trails - Enjoy a meal at the Evergreen Campground - great breakfasts for a great price! (10 minutes) - stop by Vicneire's Elm Street Market or the Solon Market for grocery needs, fishing worms, etc. (10 minutes) - Walmart (20 minutes) - beyond that, not a whole lot! But isn't that the point!? Get away, unplug, unwind and enjoy the lake!

Camp was built in 92, but older camp that was there has been in the family since the early 60's. Local family that grew up in central Maine and know and appreciate how very special this location is.

This has lake is always listed in the top cleanest lakes in all of Maine. This is a very valuable property based on this.
What makes this property unique
Picture yourself grilling steaks on the front deck while the kids are jumping off the dock. After enjoying the Lake all day, start a fire in the pit near the water, and just bond as a unit. Clearly special times that our family has enjoyed, and now are letting others enjoy it as well.
