The home is thoughtfully stocked with many of the comforts of home, including:

We were fortunate to grow up in Maine near Hancock Pond. We took full advantage of this beautiful area for the last 30+ years; hiking, swimming, biking and skiing Sugarloaf. We now share this magical place with our children, family and friends, as it's the perfect spot for large gatherings.

Our lake house is the perfect place for family vacations, reunions, and gatherings with friends. With plenty of room both inside and out, everyone can spread out, relax, and enjoy time together without feeling crowded. The spacious layout offers multiple areas for games, meals, and conversation, while the easy access to the water makes it enjoyable for guests of all ages. Whether you're lounging by the lake, paddling on the pond, or gathering around the fire pit, everyone can do their own thing while still staying close and making memories together.
