Panoramic flat located in the historic center of Florence, the Oltrarno neighborhood, away from heavy tourist traffic and just a few steps from Ponte Vecchio (Old Bridge) Pitti Palace, Boboli Gardens. Just one block away from Piazza Santo Spirito, Piazza del Carmine (The Brancacci Chapel in the Church of Santa Maria del Carmine) and the Arno river (Lungarno).
The apartment is situated mid way between the Carraia and the Santa Trinita bridges, an absolutely perfect location. Walking distance from the most important monuments and museums, bus and train stations.
Description: Sun-filled, very comfortable, newly renovated large one-bedroom apartment with entry hall, fully equipped eat-in kitchen with washer & dryer, living room, bedroom with a queen size bed and a quiet air conditioner, bathroom with shower, closet. Bedroom and kitchen have original, wood-beamed high ceilings. Kitchen and living room have a panoramic view of monuments! Top floor (4th American floor/3rd European floor) of a typical 15th-century walk-up building. Wi-Fi Internet connection.

Ideal base
Great location. Perfect base to explore the city. Only downside is the 6 flight of stairs to the apartment- but Its good endurance excercise for the walking intended to do;-)
