ALL BEDDING LINENS AND BATH TOWELS PROVIDED ALONG WITH FULLY STOCKED KITCHEN AND BATHROOM ESSENTIALS PROVIDED.

Peaceful Deck with outdoor table and chairs, Gas Grill. Main level of the house with open floor plan with kitchen and dinning area with table seating for eight . Open Kitchen with Four Bar Stools .

All Kitchen items used should be washed and put away. Thank you
Plz put all Used Towels in washing machine , please start washing machine on quick cycle before you leave . Housekeeping can transfer towels to dryer later. Appreciate your help.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please Remove all trash and put it in trash Barrel outside. Only Bath towels are provided , No wash cloth or Beach towels are provided.
AC Thermostat limit down 74 F . *keep all windows and doors closed. keep bedroom shades closed during PM Hrs. use all fans 24/7 to reduce humidity.
Groups of 10 are allowed only up to 8 adults max and 2 children. No Exceptions. Late check out charge $100 per hr after 10AM . lost key charge $100
