Sisters Weekend

The property was in a nice location and had a good view of the lake. The pool wasn't open even to just sit in the chairs. The condo was a nice size for just the two of us and the pup.

Beautiful spot to unwind

My November stay was perfect as a quiet retreat. The nearby Smith Mountain Lake State Park has many picnic and hiking opportunities. Nice rental in a nice location.

Great little place, convenient location from Roanoke. I didn't bother to uncover pool, we were away most of tge time. The view was amazing. It would be nice to go when pool is open. Thx

Awesome nightly views of the lake and sunset.

Had a great stay at the condo, will be back next year. All the neighbors were great and friendly. Quiet and relaxing with a great view of the lake. We had absolutely no complaints.

It was four of us. My teenagers are basically the size of adults. I’m 6’2” 4 of us stayed In there read the square footage it is small, but that’s what we were paying for. We just needed a place to rest our heads and throw down some chow once in a while the place was very clean updated With newer type stuff, it was what we needed. It was perfect Everything was perfect for the price. Are you kidding me? It was so cheap compared to everywhere else considering the views that we got for the sunsets.a pool My friend Dock with his boat was right there. It was perfect.

Quiet and Perfect

What a lovely little studio! We struggled a little when we first put our key code in the door and set off the door alarm. So I kept trying until I had figured it out. It was such a nice location and everything seemed updated and new. The full size fridge was great. The sleeping areas were more comfortable than I anticipated. I couldn’t find a dumpster for my trash on site so we ended up taking it home.The

Another great stay!

This was our 3rd or 4th stay at this property. The host is wonderful and the whole process of staying here is a breeze. Property is very clean, well equipped and updated. View is wonderful and condo grounds are well kept. Can’t wait to stay here again!

Weekend July 12-July 14

It was nice and cozy, quiet with a good view. Pool was nice as well. Just wished it would have had access to the lake. Were the location is, it was around other homes as well. All in all it was a good quiet weekend which is what we wanted. Thanks for allowing us to stay for the the two nights.

Gorgeous sunsets!

This condo provided everything we needed and was a great base for SML adventures! We rented a pontoon boat one day and explored the waterways all around the lake. Even anchored in a couple of coves for swims and floating! Our dogs enjoyed themselves too. We spent one day at the State Park which is very close, enjoyed the walking trails and fireworks over the water. We relaxed at the pool enjoyed meeting our neighbors. We always make time to visit Jake’s Place for burgers. We also enjoyed Drifter’s and Vinnie’s for pizza. Overall a fun packed few days! Thanks for the hospitality!

Clean renovated condo

We really enjoyed ourselves. The condo was clean, and the renovations were super. Nice up to date kitchen. We always love staying here because the sunset is phenomenal!! Thank you Patti again for letting us stay there and make special memories on our 25th wedding anniversary!!

Anniversary Getaway

We enjoyed our stay in the lovely studio condo with a Murphy bed and trundle sofa. The condo has full size appliances and small dining table. There is a pool and you can walk or drive down to a small dock on the property.

READ THE FINE PRINT BEFORE BOOKING

This rental accommodation was severely disappointing, and I would not recommend it to anyone. The pictures look nice and the finishings were clearly updated, but that did not compensate for the absence of towels and bedding which have been provided at every single vacation accommodation we have ever booked. To be fair, this was specified in the fine print so it was my fault for not reading closely enough; however, given my experience with short term rentals, I had assumed it was a given and so I didn’t bother to check. Needless to say it made for an unpleasant night as we didn’t arrive there until 9:30 PM. It also smelled quite musty and the air was stale and the curtains were insufficient for darkness let alone privacy. The pool is a nice perk but only recommended if you brought towels to dry off afterward…Finally, you’re supposed to take your garbage out with you. No dumpster outside or anything. At this point, one might as well be camping as you’d have to pack nearly the same amount but you’d get a much lower price tag.

Nice view

Nice view of the lake, relaxing with a beautiful sunset. It met our needs and was equipped with necessities. It was comber some to bring all our bedding including pillows and a quilt. Also the floor was not swept clean.

Wedding accommodations

Clean, and what we needed for a wedding. A little noise in the evening and the curtains don’t close all the way so you have to get dressed in the bathroom, but the shower is great, and the pull out couch is comfortable.
