Beautuful home with plenty of space for our group of 7. Fully stocked amenities, included beach chairs, umbrella, towels and bikes and tennis raquets. Centrally located. Easy drive or bike ride to East Hampton Main or Georgia beach. Walking distance to tennis courts and small park. Alex, the host, made everything super easy - incredible communication. All around great experience.

Nice house on beautiful property with lovely pool. Proximity to EH (and Red Horse Market) is a big plus, as well as short biking distance to Main and Georgica Beaches. Basement ping pong, pool table, etc. was great on rainy days. House was well stocked but could have done with some de-cluttering and freeing up of storage space for guests. Host Alex is very responsive.

We enjoyed this home. There were 7 of us, and the home fit us perfectly, the location was good, and the pool area was great. All the bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and nice. We used the kitchen very little, as we were in town for a wedding, and we had most meals planned out; however, there was everything there you would need.

Lovely House and Stay

Alex was a communicative and easy host to work with. We had a great time at the house. It’s spacious, well manicured, had an amazing backyard, and game room. The neighborhood was also beautiful and tranquil with a great park located just a short walk down the road. I’d definitely book again.

Great house. Location excellent. Only issue was that the house had all the owners clothes, food. The owner left the house - as is. This was a little uncomfortable.

Wonderful property with great amenities in prime location

This East Hampton property has everything one needs to spend a wonderful time with family and friends, including a heated pool, a fully equipped kitchen and outdoor grill, roomy indoor and outdoor living spaces, a game room and more. The house itself is charming and is located in a very picturesque neighborhood. It’s also only a short drive away from the beach and from some of the county’s best vinyards. I would come again, thanks to Alex for hosting us!

PERFECT getaway!

The house is stunning and so well-kept. The photos looked great, but the place is even more beautiful and idyllic in-person. It’s also spacious and homey. Additionally, Alex is very kind and helpful — even leaving a bottle of wine as a welcome gift for us. 1000/10 experience. :)

Home Away from Home

Layout was wonderful with each bedroom having essentially an en suite bathroom. Although we did not use, plenty of kitchen amenities, beach towels, bikes, chairs etc. At the end of the street there is a lovely path through the woods. Large gathering places combined with cozy intimate areas and a wonderful entertainment area downstairs.

Perfect for the kids) bedrooms are spacious, the house has everything you need to enjoy a summer weekend in East Hampton. The game room was an amazing bonus. Excellent communication and comfort

We rented as a family of 8 for our son’s wedding reception nearby. Alex answered all questions promptly. This home is perfectly described. Ample kitchen and rooms with private bathrooms. Incredibly stocked with plenty of beach towels and bikes. Pool area is nicely landscaped and good internet allows for remote work poolside. We were thrilled to find it and sorry to leave it. Enjoy!

Fabulous Family get away!!

What a privilege to stay in this gorgeous well maintained family home with 3 private wings with their own baths. It was immaculate and spacious with everything you could need and the best part your cherished fur babies can vacation with you. Our host was extremely gracious and accommodating and attentive! We were thrilled, and enjoyed bike rides and hikes and family game time in the great room. We made so many memories and will definitely be back. thank you so much Alex!! Judy

The house was exactly as advertised. It was perfect for four adult couples, with each couple having their own bedroom and bathroom. There were also plenty of unique and comfortable common areas where people could either congregate or do their own thing. We especially enjoyed the sun room and the basement game room (ping pong, pool, darts, gym with padded floor and full-length mirror). The location is a great -- there's a .55 mile walking trail loop (situated next to the two tennis courts and a frisbee golf park!) just at the end of the cul-de-sac that we enjoyed. The house was very well stocked. Alex was responsive and a pleasure to work with.
