About this property

Dolce Vita: A Beachside Family Garden Retreat

Summary:

Escape to a fun family haven nestled in the heart of Old Dunsborough, just a minute’s stroll from the crystal-clear waters of Geographe Bay. Amongst landscaped gardens, this home offers endless activities for kids and the young at heart, from a trampoline to a life-size chessboard. Unwind on the undercover deck, enjoy the cosy potbelly fireplace indoors, or paddle along the bay with the provided kayaks. Perfectly equipped for families, Dolce Vita promises relaxation & adventure in equal measure.

The Space:

Step into Dolce Vita and feel instantly at home in its open-plan design, featuring a light-filled living area with a vaulted ceiling showcasing white exposed beams for a touch of character. The inviting L-shaped layout connects the living room, dining space, and kitchen seamlessly. Relax on the large modular sofa while enjoying the warmth of the built-in potbelly fire during winter or the cooling comfort of air-conditioning in summer.

The adjacent dining area includes a six-seater table, positioned near the fully equipped kitchen. Modern appliances, including a large fridge-freezer, electric cooker and hob, and a dishwasher, ensure effortless meal prep for your group.

All three bedrooms are thoughtfully appointed with air-conditioning, blackout blinds, and standalone wardrobes for your belongings. The two bathrooms include a family bathroom with a bathtub, perfect for winding down after a day of fun.

Step outside to the expansive alfresco area, complete with a ten-seater dining table, BBQ, and a wall-mounted outdoor heater for cool evenings. Overhead fans keep the space comfortable during sunny afternoons, while the landscaped gardens—enclosed for privacy—offer plenty to explore. A trampoline, life-size chessboard, and mature trees create a magical outdoor retreat.

Additional amenities include a washer and dryer, children’s books and toys, and parking on the premises.
