Located close to town, on bike bath, and in the desirable Monomoy / Polpis area of the Island. The main house ("Fair Winds") is a 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath Upside Down Style House (3,210 sq. ft.) The 2nd floor extends outdoors with two, large decks that overlook the property - perfect for alfresco dining, and offer a prime viewing location for the majestic Nantucket sunsets. Underneath, the master bedroom has a private deck made for enjoying the Sunday paper with a morning coffee.There is an additional deck off the back and a new, oversized outdoor shower.

In the cottage ("Following Seas"), there is a 2nd floor guest studio (760 sq. ft.) with its own bath over a 2-car garage. The studio also has a sun deck that overlooks the property. Below, there is a large, private lawn ample enough for games, and has outdoor seating and a fire pit.

Moors End is a cul-de-sac. There is a large, private landscaped lot behind a mature privet and a circular, shell driveway entrance giving the whole property even greater privacy.

The property is right off the Polpis bike bath with easy access to town (2 miles), the harbor (<1 mile), and multiple beaches. Even with its proximity, it abuts 100s of acres of conservation land with multiple bike and walking paths that cross the island. The Polpis route bus stop is steps away at the end of the street.

The house has seen multiple upgrades, the most recent being a new basement bathroom, outdoor shower, custom curtains, and outdoor furniture.

There is a gas grill, beach furniture, and lawn games.
