Quiet Setting In Close Proximity To Downtown Lake Placid And Area Activities.

Our Short Term Rental # 200003.
In the spring 2015 all new appliances, furniture, beds, linens, kitchen ware with coffee maker, toaster and microwave. 3 Queen beds sleep 6 adults, a pull out sofa will accommodate 1 adult or 2 children. Gas fireplace, AC, cable TV , DVD player and WiFi. A few local antiques round out the decor. Small sitting balcony and lower level deck. 2 1/2 baths with updated fixtures, lighting and layout. Adirondack themed decor and quilts. Comfortable, relaxed, clean. Board games and a Foosball table in the lower level, along with a full laundry center make this your home away from home. In 2018 all new windows were installed.

Location!! This property is on the edge of the many activities and events in and around the Lake Placid area. Easy access to many conveniences within walking distance or from the free Shuttle bus pickup point at the entrance to Pine Hill community.
