Tranquil Family Friendly, City/Bay Views, Pool and Spa - Mt Martha
5 bedroom, 2 story house - perfect for 2 families.
Targeting groups of 6 adults max, 4-5 children max.
Set up for both adults and kids to enjoy together as well as separately when needed.
As you enter the house on the ground level there is an informal lounge/sitting room and kids play area opening to kids courtyard. The hallway then opens to a large open plan kitchen/dining area. The Kitchen has an island bench with 3 stools, butlers kitchen with 2nd stove, pantry, all modern appliances including coffee machine. Dining Table seats 8. There is a full size billiards table with pool and snooker balls. This area also houses a wine and beer fridge.
Billiards Room opens to a large outdoor undercover deck with outdoor dining, lounges, stools, ceiling fan and large bbq. There is a new solar heated swimming pool which is security gated. Deck also opens to lawn area and separate above ground electric Spa which is also security gated. The spa can run at 36-38 degrees every day.
The ground floor also features a theatre room with leather couch and large flat screen smart tv, with surround sound speakers. There is Netflix, Optus, Disney and Blue Ray Dvd available in Theatre.
There is a bedroom and vanity downstairs.
Upstairs is a further 4 bedrooms, 2 x Smart TVs and another children's play area with games
The whole house offers ducted air conditioning and heating.
There is wifi , Smart Tvs and off street parking.
Baby gates on stairs, high chairs and portacots are available but need to be applied for at time of enquiry/booking

We had such a wonderful stay at this beach house! It was the perfect mix of fun and relaxation. The house was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had absolutely everything we needed to feel comfortable. It truly felt like a home away from home.What we loved most was how family-friendly it was — the kids had the best time, and we could relax knowing the space was safe and welcoming for them. The location and atmosphere made it such a peaceful getaway.We would definitely stay again and highly recommend it to families looking for a clean, comfortable, and relaxing beach escape!

Perfect Getaway
House has everything you need, beautiful heated pool & spa , ample space & bedrooms, full size snooker table & great theatre room. Equally enjoyable for adults & kids. Will definitely stay again.
