1st Class Rentals Munson Manor V & VI has two apartments that were renovated in 2015 & 2019. These delightful two apartment combine the grace of early architecture and contemporary decor. This offering is located in a residential area with restaurants and services directly across the street. There is off street parking and a shared patio with outdoor dining and an outdoor gas grill.
Munson Manor V 1st floor has an open floor plan w/ living, dining and kitchen areas in a very spacious room with high ceilings. There are 2 separate bedrooms and 1 bath off the main area. This apartment is all on the first floor. There are hardwood floors and tile throughout. There is a comfortable couch or an air bed for an extra person.
Munson Manor VI 2nd floor apartment is all new inside effective May 2019 (see 2nd listing). It is a very spacious apartment with a living room, a dining room and a kitchen. There are four bedrooms; three of the bedrooms have a queen beds and the third bedroom has a full bed. We have air mattress upon request.
