IMPORTANT: you are dealing directly with the owner---not a management company or corporate giant. I will email you everything you need before you arrive in OC. You will not have to wait in a long line to get the keys and things you need for your vacation. We have a key-pad system on the door so all you need is a 4-digit code. This way, you don't have to worry about getting locked out, and everyone has a "key". Leaving is just as painless--you will not wait in another long line to 'check out'.

Fireworks over the bay (those set off by Seacrets) on July 4th can be seen from our balcony. No need to fight the crowds to get up close!

If you are looking for a nice, clean place to stay--you have found it. We have many happy renters who return year after year, some for as long as 15 years!!

Location, location, location! There are 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths. The master bedroom has a queen sized bed and bathroom while the other bedroom has a two full size beds.

Our condo is located off 39th street just steps from the Convention Center (literally) and only 2 blocks to the beach. The kitchen is stocked with everything you will need if you decide to save some money and eat in! I have many small appliances (griddle, Foreman grill, blender, toaster, coffee maker, all the comforts of home). We also offer WIFI free to our guests. We have a collection of DVD's and plenty of games to play just in case the weather doesn't cooperate!
