Located in Caravel Beach Subdivision on South Mall Dr., just a few minutes drive to both downtown and the closest beach. Bars, restaurants and convenience store all within walking distance. Centrally located near the airport, seaport and the world famous Port Lucaya Marketplace. Newly renovated with backyard barbecue pit and a private area for outdoor enjoyment.
Fully furnished with coffee maker, dishes, silverware, in room safe, fire extinguisher, property surveillance with exterior security cameras, welcome packet of coffee, teas, soap and shampoo. Pots, Pans and all the utensils to prepare your own meals should you decide to do so.

I've have lived in the Bahamas all my life and on the island of Grand Bahama for the past 30 years.

Why they chose this property

This property is located in my neighborhood and I've passed in numerous times on my way to exercise on the beach. Over the years it became rundown and abandoned. One day while walking a thought came to me "Why don't to buy this place and restore it". I purchased it and the rest is history

What makes this property unique

I had a back yard barbecue pit built which I hope my guests would love and fenced off a private area for them to enjoy and entertain.
