Living room is on the ground floor level and features a fireplace, sofa sleeper, large flat screen TV with digital cable service and DVD player that can also stream Netflix/Hulu/Amazon Prime, etc. Gourmet Kitchen is on the ground level, features stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and Keurig coffee maker. Dining Area has seating for 4, plus breakfast bar with additional seating for 3. Washer/dryer. The Primary bedroom has a Cal-King size bed, large flat screen TV with streaming capabilities, a private deck that looks out towards the ocean. The Second bedroom has a Queen size bed. Gas BBQ and deck chairs available for your use.
