Very small but clean. Bed, (double or queen) sheets and pillows were not comfortable. Definitely not hotel quality. We loved location as it was very close to the beach and Frenchie's.

Location is fantastic

The location doesn’t get any better. Steps away from the beach & a strip of shopping & restaurants & ice cream! They do provide beach chairs & umbrellas! And, beach towels! Thank you SO much! Made breakfast in the unit & had to wash most of the dishes we needed to use before we could use them. Sheets on pull out sofa were dirty & pillow cover was stained with yellow. Mattresses on both pull out couches desperately need to be replaced. Bath towels feel like sandpaper. Our unit was on the 2nd floor. All the locked gates you have to go through is quite cumbersome when trying to handle luggage, groceries, beach stuff. I know it’s safety precaution for the pool. Understandable. What I don’t think we knew until we received an email for check-in is the parking pass situation. We were lucky enough to get a parking pass on the property by the pool. However, not enough spaces for the number of units. May end up with a parking space not on-site. I wouldn’t want to stay here if that’s the case. Also, parking spaces are not adequate for Chevy Silverado 2500.
