This premier four-bedroom condominium, located in the River Mountain Lodge,

welcomes you to a spacious 1300 square foot home with a living room, dining

room, and fully-equipped kitchen. The property is impeccably designed with the

latest furnishing, decor and appliances including granite countertops,

stainless steel appliances, and four full custom bathrooms. Enjoy restful

nights that sleeps up to 10 comfortably, with three king bedrooms, and a room

with two twins over double bunk beds (perfect for kids), plus a 55' TV in each

bedroom. Please note, all bedrooms are on the second floor with stairs to

access. The property also features two private balconies with views of the

mountains, a gas fireplace, free WIFI, and more that will provide a relaxing

place to return to after a day on the mountain.





**Stay in the River Mountain Lodge**

The River Mountain Lodge is centrally located with easy access to skiing,

dining, and shopping, making it one of the best spots in Breckenridge. This

charming lodge has a variety of convenient on-site facilities for you to

enjoy. The Lounge is the perfect place to sip colorful cocktails, watch cable

TV, and relax after a long day in the mountains in front of wood burning

fireplace. If you want to keep to your workout routine, there is an on-site

fully equipped fitness center. Or relax and take a dip in our heated outdoor

pool and unwind in one of four hot tubs or the sauna. The River Mountain Lodge

offers an affordable, convenient and comfortable stay. The lodge is located

across the street from the 4 O'clock ski-to-town trail and is a short walk to

Main Street and the Gondola. Shuttle pickup is in front of the building with

Great location. Has a few maintenance issues that needed to be addressed while there. Our bedroom as well as the living/dining area is very loud with road and outside noises(people, sirens, horns).

Great location, walking distance to everything downtown as well as the Peak 8 Gondola. The place was very nicely updated with plenty of sleeping for 4 adults and 6 kids. Pool, hot tubs, fitness area were nice to have.

great spot for a family right in the middle of Breck

Stayed for a week in June. Right next to the main walking/bike path and Blue River--perfect location. Very responsive and friendly property management via the front desk on site and available 24/7. We had an issue with the dishwasher on a Saturday night. They had someone there within 10 minutes to make the repair on the spot. The condo itself worked well as a home base for us with one disabled adult, a baby, and 6 other adults to explore Breck and the surrounding area.

Nice amount of bedrooms and bathrooms. Bunk room very hot as there were no windows to open. There was a floor fan. Location excellent, very walkable to downtown. This was a summer stay. Disappointing that the icemaker/water did not work in the refrigerator. Beautiful views from the 2 decks. Check-in instructions were not emailed to me as was promised in an email, so that was a hassle. Nice to have parking as part of the unit.

Nice Place/Great Location

Good: It is a very nice and roomy condo. Fit our family consisting of mom/dad, aunt/uncle, grandpa/grandma, 2 teens, and 2 kids (12, 5) nicely. Great location! Easy 5 minute walk to center of town. Shuttle picks up out front for short ride to lifts. Ski back to condo easily on 4oclock run. Parking spot included. Friendly staff.Not Good: The neighbor unit called in a noise complaint on our group at 8:30pm on Saturday night. We did not have any music or the TV on. Nobody was drinking. We were simply playing cards and laughing at the kitchen table as a family. The front desk called the landline to inform us. It really upset our group and ruined the family activity for the night. We were up early skiing everyday and were in bed by 10pm every night. Getting a noise complaint phone call from FD at 8:30pm on Sat night for playing a family card game and simply laughing is absolutely ridiculous. The FD should have better training and handle the situation with the ridiculous caller and not ruin a family card game at 8:30pm on Sat night. Maybe post quiet times and inform that 8:30pm on Sat night is a little early. Maybe check to see if it was actually unreasonable noise as I can assure it was not.Only other complaint is the unit was not ready at check in time. We had to wait nearly an hour after check in time to get in. This is not ideal after a long day of travel.Overall would stay again.

Perfect location for fall trip

We did a fall trip and this spot was just a block off main street so we walked everywhere. Close to a few hiking trailheads. Space was perfect for 3 couples to have their own rooms and bathrooms.

There was ample space for 8 adults and we appreciated the 3 king beds! We also loved the large dining table and spent most of our time here. The building is within walking distance to pretty much anything in downtown Breck you want to get to. We even walked to a trailhead at the end of town. The things we would've liked better: More dish towels More paper towels Better equipped kitchen ( aluminum foil, Saran wrap) The water in two of the bathroom showers never got hot, fastest shower of my life. Overall would recommend this place and happily stay again!

Well Renovated Ski-in Condo

Newly renovated condo in River Mountain Lodge. I’ve stayed here before, and this is one of the nicest units I’ve seen. Came with a group of 12 and the space was completely maximized for a group our size. The layout was thoughtful and well-done. Really easy to ski-in on Four o clock run each day, and the bus stops, ski rental shop and liquor store were all a minute away. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay for the weekend! Will definitely be back.
