LOCATION! LOCATION! LOCATION, and a great house. Close to Windsor launch and Contact Point Marina in Havasu Riviera. The South Central Location is ideal! We are close to everything and just a stone's throw from London Bridge Golf Course.

Lake Havasu is a great place to enjoy all kinds of outdoor activities along with friendly people. There is always something going on, like classic car or boat shows and races, poker runs and much more. Lake Havasu is a great place for Snowbirds who love to golf, boat, fish, and enjoy great weather. This house has it all.
