Imóvel ótimo, grande, bem ventilado, muito bem localizado. Nos dias que estivemos la, o piscineiro foi 2 vezes para tratar a piscina. Condomínio muito tranquilo, bem famíliar, comercio em volta com tudo o que e necessário e da p ir a pe. A praia e muito boa, forma piscinas naturais, ótimo para crianças. Sempre que entrava em com a Samy (responsável) era atendida prontamente. Super recomendo
