The Space: This modern single story home is situated on the beach side of the Great Ocean Road and is close to some of our gorgeous cliff top walks and the beach. The main shopping strip is an easy five minute walk where you'll find cafes and restaurants. Inside the property you will find three generous sized bedrooms and the master is complete with an ensuite and walk in robe. The family bathroom is equipped with a bath, perfect for after those long days at the beach with the kids. The open plan living area will meet all your comfort needs with split system and a wood heater, comfy couch, TV, DVD player and plenty of board games to keep the kids amused. Off the living area you will find the spacious undercover deck, complete with gas barbeque and outdoor setting, an ideal place to while the hours away with a glass of wine and the sound of the waves. The modern kitchen is well appointed with microwave, dishwasher, kettle, and toaster. Families will appreciate the separate laundry with washer. Payment Terms – (excluding Airbnb bookings) If you are booking within 30 days of arrival, the full balance will be taken immediately. If you’re booking 30+ days from arrival a 50% deposit is to be paid at time of booking and the balance will be taken approximately 1 week before your stay. Bookings made for arrivals between 20th December and 31st January, a 50% deposit will be taken at the time of booking and the balance will be taken in the 1st week of December. For any bookings made after December 1st for these dates, the full amount will be taken at the time of reservation.

The house is located a short walk to the beach and shops. We didn’t use the car for our whole trip as it so convenient.

We get away to Anglesea each year in January for a week. It's always a hit and miss with properties until now! This property is perfect! A home away from home. I normally take everything but the kitchen sink! Everything I needed was supplied! My daughters forgot their UNO cards back home and there was a packet in the cupboard!! A few mins walk to the main shops. It really is a hidden gem. Quiet street. Spotless accommodation! Hope to secure this amazing home next January! If you're after 5 star accommodation don't miss this one! Perfect for families! No complaints only compliments. I would rate it 10 star if I could!

The location was perfectly convenient, there was more than enough crockery, cutlery, firewood and electric blankets and extra blankets for the chilly nights. The home was a cosy delight to stay in.
