The property had evrything we needed. It was perfect for our needs and in a very quiet area. Yard was great for the dog.

Very nice property with secure yard for children and our dogs. Unfortunately, we could only stay for 3 of the 7 scheduled nights as Michelle had to go to hospital. (All ok). So we did not have full use of this excellent property.

Nice getaway

Clean property, comfy beds, homely with all the requirements we needed for our 2 night stay. The only slight downfall was the lack of supplies that were available for use which meant a trip into town to buy a lot of things we could have brought from home ie olive oil, salt and pepper, sponges and scourers, body wash etc. would have been nice if these things were made available for use for travellers. Bare basics were supplied only which I think should be looked at. Overall we enjoyed ourselves.

Perfect Home away from Home

This house is STUNNING!! The beds are comfy, the backyard is massive and perfect for kids to play and dogs to run around. They have an open fire that warms the house. The kitchen has everything you need including a frypan that dose not stick. I will definitely go back next school holidays.

Great for dogs but bring supplies

Really great property for those with pets, great space & clean. But if you intend to cook anything BYO all pantry staples. There is no pantry and therefore no little bits and pieces like oil, salt, pepper etc.

a few days in Rainy Phillip Island

We enjoyed staying here, enjoyed the warmth of the wood fire , the bedrooms were a little cold at least there was extra blankets to put on the beds. Would'nt be so good in the winter. The lounge was cosy, just bad luck that the Saturday that my Daughter stayed over was very wet, so we couldnt see much of the Island features. Would be good to have a proper concrete drive to park. View from balcony was nice.

Lovely home, relaxing getaway

My family and I enjoyed our time here. The home was spacious, clean, warm and welcoming. We liked the fact that the backyard was big enough for our dog to explore and that it was safe and secure. A very private setting, the neighbourhood is quiet yet still close enough to drive to Cowes centre and do some shopping. Great home to just chill.

House was comfortable and clean with a fireplace and peak a boo view of the ocean

The experience was good, though I was a little shocked by all the things we needed to supply (I didn’t read the ad properly) No tea or coffee I found to be a little crass. However it was comfortable and cosy. The checkin was a bit of a nightmare as the instructions to the estate agent lead us to the building (same sign) next door with no lock box and it took us 5 attempt to get on to the emergency agent number. Making us late for my uncles 60th which could have been avoided.
