Summary:
Fabulous family beach home, 3 bedrooms, two lounge areas both with large TV's two bathrooms, dining/fully equipped modern kitchen with a small commercial coffee machine. The property has a split system heating/cooling. Walking distance to Cowes bay beach. Outside entertaining area with bbq, games room with billiard table, outside half basketball court. Fully fenced for children and pets.

Linen is only supplied for the Moto Gp event and Superbikes for all other bookings you are reequired to bring your own sheets and towels doonas and covers are provided.

$50 booking fee is required when booking

Shed was great! We all enjoyed playing pool and darts. Multiple living areas made it easier when we need quite space. Location was exactly what we wanted with walk to the beach. Basketball hoop gave another family time.Being able to bring our dog was priceless. House was modern, clean and kitchen had everything. We loved it.

A lovely relaxing break

Easter weekend

Nice and very cozy and comfortable accommodation. The property was lovely, clean and the games room was just so perfectly equipped for a relaxing weekend. We had such a good time that we will definitely be back again. So glad we choose this property.

Fun and games in Cowes

Terrific property with loads of space, particularly the outdoor area and games room. This is an ideal place to stay if you want to be close to Cowes front beach and have plenty to do once you are back at the property (basketball, darts, pool table). Recommend highly for families and anyone who loves activities.

Perfect for the whole family

This property had everything you need. Kids & adults loved the pool table and basketball court. Lots of grass for the fury baby to run around. A short walk to the beach and coffee shop. Kitchen fully stocked with all the things you need.

Perfect holiday house

This house was perfect for all ages from a 5 year old to teenagers to adults aged between 48 and 78! Super clean, separate spaces for quiet or noisy activities, a great games room and basketball court. House was well equipped but uncluttered and very pleasant to stay in. We'll be back!

Great House

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. It was perfectly located within walking distance to centre of Cowes, was an easy/short walk to beach and the house had everything we needed. The shed was well used by our kids and the adults, and the wood fire was great for the cooler weather we had whilst at the property. The basketball pad in the backyard was also great and the house was very well equipped. Would happily stay again!!

Comfortable and well positioned house near Cowes beach

This property is within walking distance of Cowes beach and a short drive from the main shopping street. Well equipped kitchen, terrific games room in garage plus two living areas inside so lots of space for family members of all ages to spread out. A nearby cafe open early for breakfast and lunch - the only negative is no wifi -which was a relief for some of us but a trauma for our teenager.

Relaxing Weekend Away

Property was clean and well presented. Big secure yard for furry friends. Games room and basketball hoop was fun for all the family. Good to have choice of living area. Well equipped kitchen. Perfect for families, children and pets

We were very happy with the Island Time home. It had everything you might need to keep the whole family, including the dog, very happy. The games room was a great hit with the children (and the dads), especially the pool table. The house had a great layout with the master bedroom and ensuite at one end of the building and the other bedrooms and washroom at the other end. The kitchen was well equiped and we loved the outside covered deck and sitting area. Overall we all had a wonderful couple of days. It was a great spot to stay and to go to the penguin parade. We would love to stay again some day!

The property is clean and spatial. It's close to beach, though not a high quality beach. It took us a bit effort to get the key even we arrived at the agreed time. And a big shortcoming was no wi-fi.

Great property in a great location. We loved the pool table and half basketball court! Rooms and bathrooms were clean and comfortable. Highly recommended property. Property manager is a little difficult to reach through a busy real estate office. Should offer mobile phone number once your booking is confirmed so they can be contacted easier, otherwise you're waiting ages to have your questions answered via email or long awaited return phone call from real estate reception. Otherwise, excellent property!

Fantastic clean dog friendly with a great games shed out the back

Perfect for a family wanting a beach getaway. 5 min walk to water. Separate living areas for adults and kids, huge pool table and full basket ball hoop out the back. We will definitely book this place again!

Perfect set up, with a great games room and a basketball hoop. We stayed during a weekend to attend a wedding, and would be keen to go back for a long weekend with the kids. Highly recommended.

In the heart of Cowes.

Stayed over the weekend with family. Great space, cool little man cave out back and huge yard for my pooch to run around in. The kids loved the basketball hoop area. Home was cosy and close by to everything. Will definitely be staying in future!

Perfect weekend away

Amazing property with all the family need covered. We stayed for 3 nights and enjoyed the choice of two lounge areas, an outside under cover area, and huge outdoor ‘mancave’ with pool table (fully stocked), dartboard, large tv (4 in the house) and basketball half court outside. Highly recommend staying here with short walk to the beach, general store and Main Street.

Perfect family home.

Great home for a family (including 4 legged), there was plenty of space for everyone in the home, including a games room and activities to keep all ages occupied. Very comfortable beds, clean and an easy walk into town. Easy, smooth check in. We highly recommend this home and will return.
