Great location in a quaint neighborhood. House is well kept and parts of it are recently renovated. Very useful for a home base for ski trips to SLC resorts.
It was within 15-20 minutes car ride to all the event we had plan

Great place to stay near downtown SLC! Safe, quiet family neighborhood, close to everything. House was very clean and had everything we needed. Great shower!
We came for a competition. This is a fantastic clean property. The beds are comfortable. The back yard was cleaned and perfect for relaxation. It’s located in the perfect spot about 10-15 mins downtown. There was a WinCo next door which made shopping easy. Can’t wait to come back here. Do no hesitate booking this awesome property
My partner and I, along with our 2 small dogs, were traveling in our RV and needed a place to stay for a night. The house and location was perfect for us! The driveway was big enough to park our RV so that was also a huge plus. The neighborhood felt safe was close to downtown with all the shops and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again the next time we pass through SLC. Communication was quick any time I had questions. Thank you Lisa for being such a great host!
I was in town visiting family nearby and this property was great for my needs.Pluses: The property is in a good location, close to many of the things I needed. The bed was comfortable, and had most of the amenities for my visit. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe.Minuses: the listing states that it has 3 bedrooms, but it is actually 2 bedrooms and a sleeper sofa in the living room. There are some areas that need repair and a few updates.Overall, it met my needs for this particular stay.
The property was not clean and was in extremely poor condition

Liked: Cleanliness, check-in
Disliked: Location, listing accuracy
adequate with a small ‘a’
Had to scramble after other host canceled original place. Found this place. Just a dad and sons on ski trip. Needed beds and place for breakfast. This fit the bill, barely. Short drive to dinners (5 for Roasted Sun Pizza) best possible pics in the listing. Very little seating for relaxing in evening. All rentals should have cable. Tired of figuring out my personal logins for tv. We left an item of clothing I’m 100% sure was in the house and ‘cleaners didn’t find it.’ Either lying, or didn’t clean. If you just need beds for other activities in the area, it’s fine. If you plan on hanging out at the house, find something else.
First off, the listing is inaccurate. It’s not a three-bedroom property. It’s a two bedroom with a living room. The living room has a “slide-out couch,” but it’s not a bed, and it’s dysfunctional.
Secondly, the house is filthy. There was a half inch of dust on the ceiling fan and appliance tops, spider webs in the corners, pet hair on the beds and the washing machine, and a complete mess under the couch.
Lastly, the property manager was unresponsive at times. I requested to shorten our stay by a day and submitted my request within the appropriate period, but I never received a response and lost my money. Additionally, when I messaged the property manager to share my disappointment with the property's cleanliness, I never received a response.
Stay away from this property!
Lisa, was a great host. She reached out personally to introduce herself. She was super easy to contact. When we needed to get in to the home a little earlier than check-in time, she arranged and accommodated it with her house keeper. The home was comfortable and fit our group of 6. I would visit and sat there again.
House was very clean and worked great for our 2 day visit to Salt Lake for family meet up. Host Lisa was very responsive and helpful. Backyard for dog a plus. Renters should be aware that third bedroom is the TV room adjoining the kitchen, which is comfortable but lacking a door between the rooms.
We really enjoyed our time here. The host is so kind and considerate and really helped us out. Great communicator and very helpful. Would certainly stay here again.
Close and convenient to everything we wanted to do. Lisa is a sweet lady who is quick to respond to any questions. We had a slight issue with the A/C and she and her husband came right over to help us sort it out. Great neighborhood, always felt safe, would highly recommend!
Thank you so much for your stay, I really appropriate it and thank you so much for cleaning everything in my house, even did all the laundry. You are the BEST guest EVER too!! Thank you again, and please let me know if I can host you and your family again.
Great place and location in South Salt Lake to stay for a couple days before my son's wedding. And being pet friendly was very helpful. Lisa was very helpful and a pleasure to deal with. 😊
Very well located, cute little house with a partial fenced yard ( the grass was cut and clean, that was perfect for our puppy). Lisa was always fast responding to all our questions. The basket of chips , puppy toy and water bottle in the fridge were a treat too. We had an issue with their TV cable, but Lisa’s boyfriend came right away with their Apple TV and my kiddos could watch TV again. That’s called a fast fixer !!! Thanks again.

Heart of SLC
We had to book at the last minute for a family emergency. Lisa was so kind. She had a welcome basket for us with a card (very sweet-thank you) treats for the humans as well as the dogs. The location is so central and just around the corner from Sugar House. Thank you, Lisa!
My name is Lisa, I teach 3rd grade in Salt Lake City, I love my job because I can make a difference in the lives of as many students as I can. I love to travel when I'm not working, I really appropriate so many wonderful host from Airbnb who can give me more just a good experience, because it's so important to have a comfortable place to stay and a host who knows around that can help you as much as you need. I believe that I can help your trip to be less stressful and hope you will have a great memory and experience while you are in town.
