Nothing is more convenient than this two story remodeled farm house that accommodates 4. A quaint dine-in kitchen, living room, gear room, two full baths, and three bedrooms with the most comfortable beds this side of Lake Ontario!

A gas grill and picnic table create a beautiful back yard BBQ experience surrounded by forest and farmland where you're sure to see an abundance of wildlife!

Looking for a peaceful walk or an invigorating hike? Our private river trail stretches 2.5 miles along beautiful natural surroundings, offering a perfect blend of rolling terrain and easy walking. Enjoy scenic views, fresh air, and the sounds of nature as you wind through the landscape and experience the beauty of the river firsthand.
Whether you're an avid hiker, nature photographer, bird watcher, or simply looking to unwind, our trail provides the perfect outdoor escape.

Unlike many vacation rentals, our lodge includes a full-time housekeeping staff, so there's no need to spend your trip cleaning or worrying about checkout chores. Relax, enjoy your stay, and leave the work to us—giving you a truly hassle-free experience.

All linens and towels are included with the lodge, along with a full kitchen (coffee maker (K-cup style and drip), cookware, plates, utensils etc.). There is a gas grill and propane provided.

Fishing passes are available for purchase on our website.

Great place to stay, very clean and orderly. We never met the house keeper, but cudos!The house has a heated gear room, where all the fishing stuff can be left before entering the house. Perfect place for a few days .

The Lodge was clean and cozy and the beds were comfortable. There was excellent communication with the host. I liked that light switches and the location of extra linens were clearly labelled. Would stay here again.

It worked as a great homebase for a weekend of fishing. The mud room was perfect for drying waders and boots.

We extended our stay until the 18th , having a wonderful time here. This beautiful, home ( lodge)was impeccably clean and inviting!! Very comfortable, could not be more perfect. This definitely is our new place to stay. Very spacious, kitchen and bathrooms were spotless. Stocked with everything you’ll need to cook and eat. Can’t say enough about it!! The Barclay family opened Douglaston Salmon Run in 1987 as a private-water sports-fishery. The property has been in the family since 1807, when it was settled by Colonel Rufus Price, an Aide-de-Camp to General George Washington during the Revolutionary War.
