This adorable 2-bedroom 2 bath vacation rental located in the Riverside building. The primary bedroom hosts a king bed and ensuite bath with double vanity and walk in shower while the second bedroom offers a Queen bed with a full bath conveniently located in the hallway. The living room consists of a sleeper sofa and matching loveseat. The large dining room offers plenty of space for family gatherings and offers additional breakfast bar seating. The fully equipped kitchen offers a drip coffee maker, stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. Family game night? This unit comes with an additional round glass table/chairs, just perfect for cards and board games. Relax with a cocktail while taking in the views of the "Ole River". SeaSpray has 3 refreshing pools, hot tub, kayak rack, lighted tennis/pickleball courts, propane grill house and private boat launch. Need to keep you work out routine on schedule, with traffic-controlled pedestrian walkway, it's just a quick walk across the street to our fully equipped fitness center or spend the day on Perdido Kye's pristine white beaches.

Parking passes are managed by VRPS (Vacation Rental Parking Solutions). Guest will receive an email invitation to register up to 2 vehicles per condo: $55.00 per vehicle, per stay; boat/Trailer registration fee is $350.00 per week or $55.00 per day.
Any vehicle not registered will be ticketed, booted or towed at vehicle owner's expense.

There are (2) Level 2 Blink Electric Vehicle Chargers at SeaSpray Condos in the Riverside parking lot. The 2 spaces are near the maintenance shop.

Fabulous Views and Great Location

Great location, fabulous view, could see July 4th fireworks could be viewed from both sides of the condo, pool was clean and cleaned 6 days a week, nice dock on the river, can walk to store and the beach.

Everything was just as expected and very clean! Beds were very comfy, no noises from neighboring condos, boat dock behind condo was wonderful and peaceful. Staff were friendly and grounds around condo were clean and kept up. Very convenient for anyone who loves fishing off a dock plus a short walk across to the beach. Right next to a little beach store/market that has anything you need! We will definitely stay again!

Relaxing River View

Three days of peace and quiet in this beautifully decorated, luxurious condo! Comfortable furniture, well appointed kitchen, easy access to pool and patio. A private 9th floor retreat with a fantastic view of Ono Island! SeaSpray kept us informed with regular emails. Excellent staff! We will definitely be back!

Great location and condo is nice but missing a few things

The Condo itself was great and across the street from the beach. It is close to FloraBama and convenient to shops and restaurants. However, there were no hairdryers or paper towels. There was only one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom. Not a deal breaker but just be sure to bring some of these things if you need them. Also, we had an issue with water coming in through the bathroom ceiling when the dryer was on. The manager had someone out right away. Seems this is a recurring problem at this condo.

The property pictured here is not the one we stayed in. We found out about it shortly before we came that we would need to move to another unit. The staff were very helpful and found a nice place for us with a beautiful view. Only downsides were the condo smelled musty and the beds could use replacing. Other than that, it was clean and had a lovely view.

Seaspray, satisfaction even during upgrades!

Arrived a bit earlier than check-in time, they checked us in and let us go to the condo. Staff was very helpful. Building upgrades were in progress but didn't cause any hardship. The view was great, in late afternoon we watched pelicans and other seabirds feeding, along with pods of dolphin and porpoise. Had some bad weather Friday and on Sunday afternoon, Saturday was sunny. It was a leisurely stay; all had a good time. Our Sunday ended with a post storm sunset with a double rainbow. God is good! Will stay here again.

Fabulous condo!

This was such a great VRBO experience. The condo is as described & shown in the pictures - in fact, it’s better. Didn’t realize till we got there that it’s the top floor of the building so that was fun! The views from this unit are stunning and we caught sunrises and sunsets. The unit is very well appointed and everything about it is comfortable (we really appreciated the ice cold AC, and the spacious master suite), the unit and building were clean and tidy, and the shared amenities were also well maintained. Pleasantly surprise to find that from the balcony we could not at all hear the road noise or the neighboring construction. We never heard any neighbors from inside the unit. The private beach access was wonderful, with lounge chairs and umbrellas available to residents & renters. We’d absolutely stay here again and the easy access to the dock has us talking about renting a boat next time. The location on Perdido Key is fantastic - a handful of excellent local restaurants scattered between condos lining the beautiful beaches. We saw the Blue Angels practice from Johnson Beach, got over to NAS for the museum, and went the uber touristy Orange Beach a couple of times (our fave spots were Moe’s BBQ and Wild Hearts catamaran).

Good Times

The property was very clean, they cleaned the pool every morning, the location was excellent for the beach and shopping. SeaSpray visitors have private access to the beach and property amenities. It was the best anniversary vacation!! Will definitely stay here again.

Management

The property was wonderful the location was great The View was extraordinary. The only time I heard from management team was when they wanted to show the property to someone while we were renting so during my vacation I had to leave the beach to meet someone to show them the condo unit that was coughing very sick older man. I met sent him up to the condo to view it by himself instead of management or the owner coming to show him the unit. From the time I got there to the time I left I left a few messages for management team no one email me back nor called me back at any point except for when they needed this appointment. Absolutely poor management skills! Absolutely love the property!

Make sure they get their stuff out of room first

When we got there they had 2 industrial size air dryers and a industrial size humidifier there were cords everywhere. They were very loud I called the front desk they were already closed so closed after hours and they said leave them on there was a leak they would come back tomorrow. The next day they came and said keep them on still. They stayed one for 3 days we never heard from anyone again. We ended up moving them ourself so we had room to move. Besides that the room was beautiful!!

Relaxing location

Nicely decorated/very comfortable condo. Great location, quiet setting! Ease of getting in/out. Kitchen nicely equipped. Pool clean and refreshing. Only complaint...we were not forewarned about new roof being put in...so construction began our first full day there, and resumed at ~6:30am the last two mornings of our stay. Otherwise it was an awesome stay!

Nice but noisy

This is a nice property in a good location with amazing sunset views. Other than the hurricane Sally repairs taking place during our stay that started just before 7AM every morning including Sat & Sun, it was great. A short walk across the road to the beach and less than 2 miles from the FloraBama.

Devil is in the details

Love Loved this reservation right down to the intricately labeled drawers and cabinets in the fully stocked kitchen so you'd instantly know where everything was and exactly where to put it back. Place to dock the boat for the week and private launch was ideal. Only small hiccup we had is we missed the office phone by about 10 minutes driving in and came in very late and couldn't find the late check-in lock box and no one was answering the emergency phone number; so Home-Away, very nicely, put us up for the night at a local hotel until we could figure it out. Turns out there were three buildings in the complex, one of which housed the office, which we were able to locate in the light of day the next day after a good nights sleep. One other note, you may want to bring some kitchen trash bags and toilet paper, which were not provided. I'm allowing for the possibility that the last tenants walked out with them. Overall, we definitely loved the property and would like to go back again.

The building was clean and the staff was very friendly, but the condo we stayed in could’ve been cleaner. The carpets were dirty and the decorative pillows on the sofas were filthy. Overall we liked everything and will be back.

Great River View

The condo was beautiful. I loved the double sliding doors with all glass. The kitchen was clean and well furnished with everything we needed during our stay. The master bathroom shower was very nice and roomy and my husband and I enjoyed having double sinks. We have 4 teenagers and they loved the place as well. Our kids said the pool at Ses Spray Riverside was better than the oceanfront pool. The only downside is that we had to cross the street (45mph) to get to the ocean. Traffic was heavy most days so we started driving across the street instead of walking. Otherwise, this Sea Spray condo was great and we recommend it to anyone!
