Wood provided for fireplace, heat pump with heat propane gas heat, fully equipped kitchen with appliances. Rianni tankless hot water heater. Perfect for a long weekend get-away. Will rent by the month, week or weekend. 2 day minimum stay
Note: Sun Room has twelve (12) 24" x 72 double pane windows. It offers a panoramic view of surrounding woods. Expect to see deer walking through almost every day.

My name is Don Tate and I live in Mt Pleasant, SC. I fell in love with this little cabin when a friend first showed it to me in 2015. As he lives in New England, he was willing to sell the property to avoid his long distance maintenance trips. The interior pine board paneling and exposed beams appealed me to immensely. I have spent the last few years making improvements and maintaining the property. If you stay, I hope you will take care of it in the same way I have over the years. Best regards.
