Wonderful villa with private swimming pool located in Palma

Beautiful house with garden and a private pool, with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, with tv sat, and tv is in all languages, english tv, german, danish, rusian, etc, whenever you can watch tv, wifi, barbacue ,, whirlpool, jacuzzi and so on place really nice decorating a very nice atmosphere. You want to spend your vacations here. Bus stop only 40 meters away from the center of Palma, close to the beach of Cala Mayor and with an indoor pool just 3 minutes away that you can enjoy all year around. it is really nice and you can really enjoy it because restaurants and shops are close by and so the beach is not far away, it is not necessary. The bus stop is just really close. It is only a few miles away from the main road. Palma is a beautiful city and really nice, recently Palma was choosen among the best places to leave in the world.

Perfect break

Absolutely beautiful property. Everything you need and more ! Local amenities are in walking distance, bus stop is nearby and taxis are plentiful for a trip to Palma city which is stunning.

Half nice stay

The house it self and the outside was very nice. unfortunately the sunbeds were worn out and the awnings were bad. It leaked water when it rained and was partially broken. An awning fell off the wall, luckily we weren't home at the time. For the price the villa costs, one expects a better standard.

Fabulous getaway for large family or group of friends

Perfect oasis anytime of the year! The home was absolutely lovely, and the whole family was able to enjoy it. Maria’s hospitality was second to none.

Lovely accommodation

Maria was a wonderful host, the house was very clean and there was space for 6 of us for a pleasant stay. The ensuite bathrooms made it even better. Lots of shops etc close by and a lovely beach within walking distance. We hope to stay again.

Beautiful villa

Lovely house, with a nice, clean, modern finish. Landlord was accommodating and helpful with queries. Would highly recommend as a family house as it's safe and easy to keeps eyes on kids. Ours loved the pool and hot tub.

Tolles Haus in ruhiger Lage

Ziemlich neues, sehr gepflegtes Objekt mit sehr guter Ausstattung. Wir waren zu viert, wurden von der Vermieterin persönlich mit einem welcome drink empfangen und fühlten uns sofort wohl. Die abendlichen Spielrunden am pool waren sehr vergnüglich. Obwohl die Bushaltestelle gleich um die Ecke ist und man nur ca 25 min. nach Palma Zentrum fährt, ist ein Leihauto für Ausflüge in die Umgebung notwendig. Supermarkt und Restaurants in der Nähe. Obwohl es diesmal keinen Mehrblick gab waren wir vollauf zufrieden und konnten einen entspannten Urlaub geniessen. Sehr empfehlenswert.

wonderful time in a wonderful villa

This villa is wonderful. modern, clean and bright. Every sleepingroom has his own washroom, towels are included and blanket as well. Everywhere you can find a cooler/ heater which are easily to use. The kitchen is an open and big kitchen connected to the livingroom so everyone can be together and can cook together. Insite is a big table so there is enough space for 6-8 people. Outsite close to the awesome pool is also a big table. You need around 15 minutes with a car to reach Palma but there is also a bus stop close by. Even if the freeway is close you can't hear it well. The location is super calm and nicely. We really enjoyed staying in this place. Maria is a really handsam, lovely and responsive person and tries to make your vacations so nice as possible.
