Sleeping arrangements
This home comfortably sleeps 10 guests across five bedrooms and four and a half bathrooms. The main-floor primary suite offers a king bed and an en suite bath. Additional bedrooms feature a mix of queen and full-size beds, each with fresh linens, extra pillows, and blankets to ensure restful nights.

Outdoor living
The screened-in lanai surrounds a pool that can be heated on request, perfect for a morning swim or an afternoon cool-down. The shaded tiki hut features a full grill station for outdoor cooking, while the nearby fire pit sets the mood for relaxed evenings beneath the stars. Ceiling fans stir the air gently, blending comfort with open-air living.

Kitchen & dining
At the heart of the home, the kitchen includes a granite island, refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and wine glasses. Cookware, dishes, and silverware are provided so you can prepare meals to share at the dining table - from a quick breakfast before the beach to a slow dinner together.

Indoor comfort
The open living area is filled with natural light, offering space to gather for movies on the HDTV or to take in views of the pool and palms. Essentials such as towels, soap, and toilet paper are provided, and a washer and dryer make longer stays easy. You’ll also find air conditioning, heating, and ceiling fans throughout the home.

Amenities & extras
The property includes free driveway parking and self check-in via keypad. Beach is nearby. Pet-friendly (fee applies), it’s ideal for families and groups seeking an easy, refreshing stay by the shore.

-Sawgrass Country Club is a private members only club. Club Membership does not extend to guests at any property.
-Upon booking, you will receive a Rental Agreement via email. Please sign and return the Rental Agreement along with a copy of a government-issued ID that matches the reservation details. These items are required to complete your reservation.
-Pet Disclaimer: Properties listed as "Pet Friendly", Only Accept Dog(s), 2 maximum (where allowed), subject to breed & weight restrictions. Pre-Approval is required along w/ additional pet fees collected after you book. Pet Fee is $50 per night, not to exceed $350, plus taxes. Fee for 2nd dog is dependent upon breed, weight & approval.
