This was a wonderful house. We spent several wonderful evenings on the large, beautiful covered porch overlooking the river. It was in great condition and enjoyed by all.

We loved staying together with our adult kids and one Grandson here. Lots of time spent on the deck. I wish the brush would have been cleared so we could access and see the River! All beds were very comfortable and kitchen is well stocked. We would rent again for sure!

The Cabin was wonderful. With the Colorado river in the backyard, it is a perfect mountain getaway. We enjoyed being close to Grand Lake and the Rocky Mountain National Park. The cabin had everything we could have needed. There was plenty of room for the family and the beds were comfortable. We fly fished and caught trout in the backyard. I would recommend this to anyone and would stay again.

Near the river

It was a beautiful setting, near the river. The cabin was spacious, well stocked with everyday household needs, and basically tidy and clean. There was a mouse, who was cute and no problem, but the long dead one found under the sink was nasty. We would like to return sometime.

Our family really enjoyed the house. Quick responses from the hosts. A couple of strikes fishing in the Colorado River adjacent to the house, but were unable to set the hook. Easy access to Grand Lake and Rocky Mountain National Park. A bit of a trek to Bear Lake, but worth the trip. Very much recommended.

Oh, was it was hard to pull ourselves away from that glorious Colorado River deck view that we experienced every morning at this cabin! We will miss the deer and the hummingbird that visited us daily. So peaceful, so comfortable, so well-kept. Perfect for a large family or small one like ours. They thought of family board games, a fire pit, even a pack & play for littles. The hosts were wonderful. The beds and showers perfect. The location couldn't be beat - 10 minutes north is Grand Lake and RMNP, 20 minutes south is Granby and a major grocery store. We chose to drive 45 minutes west to whitewater raft out of Kremmling. Don't worry a bit about no A/C - the cabin's largest windows face the east, so the afternooon sun doesn't heat it up. Together with the ceiling fans throughout the cabin, we were extremely comfortable. One of the best VRBO's we've ever had, out of more than a dozen. We really felt like we were guests in a friends' home. Just lovely.

Quiet with some wildlife

Since this property doesn't have a lot of reviews let me first address the items we find most important. 1. The bed in the Main Bedroom is very comfortable. 2. The wifi was super strong and reliable. My husband was able to work from the cabin without any problems. We saw a Mom Moose and her baby and we also got to see a weasel. It was lovely sleeping weather it was nice and cool at night and we opened the window a crack and listened to the river next to the house.

Great Stay By The River

We loved this beautiful property. My husband and I were here for a much needed get-away. We did not need a house this large, but the river was the selling point for Tim. The house was beautiful, well stocked, and very clean. The owners were very accessible and responded to any questions within moments. We enjoyed our stay immensely, and hope to return often. Beautiful river cabin

This property was awesome! We had such a relaxing getaway and the little kids had a blast. We had moose walk across the lawn 2 evenings in a row, deer on the property every morning. We were able to cook all of our meals and spent most of our time on the deck, listening to the river. We hiked monarch trail and Adams falls and both were great for the little kids to end with splashing in the water! We would definitely book again in the future!

Beautiful Home & Perfect Location

Owners were quick to respond and very accommodating! We arrived and the house was beautiful, we loved everything about it! The weather was perfect and we ate all of our evening meals at the outdoor table on the beautiful porch while listening to the river. A week of beautiful views, amazing adventures and precious time with my family!

Colorado River Cabin

Great location and very quiet. The river is an awesome backdrop. So easy to get to RMNP from the cabin. We really enjoyed our stay.

Cabin

Cabin was very clean as shown in pictures. Beds were comfortable and rooms were spacious. Loved that the cabin was right on the river just wished some of the brush was cleared out so you could see it better. All in all we had a great and relaxing time. Thank you for sharing your cabin!!
