THE MAIN HOUSE

A quiet retreat with sweeping lake views, featuring a dry sauna, steam shower, free weights, a treadmill, and a fireplace sitting area. Just outside, a large salt-based hot tub built for a group, propane heated, with four pumps and multi-color LED lighting, adjustable from either touchscreen. A portable Sonos speaker travels out to the tub.

OUTDOOR LIVING

Outdoor Kitchen - grill with ventilation hood, side burner, sink, storage drawers, two refrigerators, two under-counter pantries, and two overhead radiant heaters, all under Sonos-powered overhead speakers.

Stocked and ready in the garage: basketball on a private half-court, volleyball, soccer with nets, cornhole, croquet, bocce, kubb, ladder toss, football, axe throwing with a safe target, plus bikes and scooters. A private hiking trail begins near the driveway, a gradual 800-foot climb on a gravel fire road to a summit view over the lake and the Beaver Islands.

COMFORTS AND CONNECTIVITY

Wi-Fi throughout. Sonos sound in the main living areas and outdoors, with Amazon Echo devices in the kitchen and several bedrooms. Central air conditioning, a whole-house backup generator, and elevator access to every floor. A drip coffee maker and Keurig in the main pantry, and a second Keurig in the Carriage House.

EVERY SEASON ON THE LAKE

Summer - swim, kayak, paddleboard, boat, water ski, and tube from your own beach and dock, then shop and dine in Meredith Village.

Fall - exceptional foliage from the porch, from the water, or aboard the Winnipesaukee Scenic Railroad.

Winter - Gunstock Mountain is 25 minutes away. Skate or ice fish on the lake, bring snowmobiles and ride directly onto the trail network, or settle in by one of the fireplaces.

Spring - quiet water, open trails, and the lake nearly to yourself.

Rainy days are easy here: the movie theater, the game room, the spa, or the boathouse with the bay doors open to the water.
