This was the third year that our family of 13 stayed at this lovely house. There’s enough room for all of us to spend time together or to have time to ourselves. The house is right on the lake and has beautiful views. There are more than enough amenities. If we have any questions or problems, Renee responds quickly. Highly recommend.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful Lake Winnipesaukee home with our extended family! The house was spacious enough for everyone to spread out and truly relax, with stunning lake views that made the setting feel extra special.We loved taking advantage of the canoe, kayaks, and other lake equipment, which was such a fun way to enjoy the lake right from the property. The house was also exceptionally well stocked, especially the kitchen, which had everything we needed to comfortably cook and enjoy meals together.Our host was responsive and helpful whenever we had a question or a minor issue, which made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. The home genuinely felt like it had everything we could have needed for a great family vacation.We would absolutely stay here again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful, comfortable family getaway on Lake Winnipesaukee. If you're looking for the ideal location for a large group to getaway and relax, have a reunion, or in our case celebrate my wife's 60th birthday surrounded by all of our family and friends, this is the place for you. The house was immaculate, and there is ample room for everyone even when in our case we used almost every bed. During the day we had a handful of family join us that were not staying over and even with 25 people you never feel crowded, the house effortlessly provided the perfect setting without feeling over full. The view is exceptional, and the lake provides endless opportunities for fun and adventure. We brought up a bunch of our own kayaks and paddle boards and managed to get all 12 of us the first morning out on a short paddle around the area. What a great start to the day. The location is perfect for a group walk into town for lunch or some shopping. I would definitely recommend Hermit Woods Winery & Eatery 10 minutes away on foot - great food & drink options. The camp fire provided use the perfect setting to unwind and share stories over some wine at the end of each night. They even provided toys for any little ones in the group. Check-in & check-out was a breeze. Renee was a great host and quickly responded to any questions I had. Highly recommended! Thank you Renee, your home is lovely!

Best rental property ever

This property is spectacular for a family reunion. Lots of space inside and outside with a perfect location on the lake and to town. This was our family reunion of 17 and it was special in every way. Renee was wonderful to work with, and we all hope to return for some future family get together.

Our second time renting here and that should say enough! We had another great week. Either hanging on the lake and walking into town - location is so great. Used the paddle boards provided constantly and brought our own boat/floats/lilly pad. I’m sure we will be back again!

Symphony Chateau is just awesome. Everything about this property and it’s hosts is top notch. We brought our adults kids and their families to stay and rented boats and a wave runner for the week. The house is super comfortable and fully equipped. Views are stunning, yard and fire pit an added bonus just an absolutely great place for all ages.

First, we absolutely love this property! Space is amazing for large families or even a group of friends. Having two well appointed kitchens for a large group was so nice. The outside area is perfect for games, sunning, morning sunrises, outside grilling and eating area seating (20). As a family we enjoyed the paddle boards, canoe and docking the boat at the property. We have been driving through Meredith to go to our vacation property in Moultonborough NH since 1996. We have watch Meredith's community and spirit grow. The enhancements taken on by the Mills Falls Establishment and other community owners have made Meredith one of the most desirable location to vacation anytime of the year! When this opportunity became available to us we could not pass up the chance to have a wonderful piece Meredith. The views and location have many features that make the experience all that more enjoyable.
