This is a beautifully renovated double shotgun with huge kitchen, wood floors, sun room, porch. Very clean (5 star). This spacious home has 2200 sq ft--great size for families & larger groups. Larged dining room with table that can seat 8. All bedrooms have private entrances. You'll love the 14-foot ceilings and artistic decor, featuring Lousiana landscapes, JazzFest Posters and vintage travel art. Classy place for a very reasonable price. Guests typically say it looks even better in person than in the photos.

Delightful stay and host

Big comfy property with everything you need for a long term stay. Jim is so communicative and helpful from start to finish. The neighbours are lovely - even offered us water on hot days! And walking distance to everything like Frenchman St.

Good experience

The place was very clean and communication with the owner was very good. Location wasnt bad, 35 min. walk to french quarter and felt safe as long as in a group. There was no parking directly in front of the house and had to go about a block to find parking. Overall a great experience, would certainly rent again.
